This case is great, I always buy Otterbox Symmetry cases, so when I got a new phone there was no question about it. I had an iPhone 11 that came out damage-free after a 35ft drop from some highschool bleachers face down into the floor in one of these cases, which is why I continue to buy them. Plus, they've started coming in super cute designs. I guess I didn't pay much attention to the listing photo, but it also has glitter throughout! I love it. I have always used otterbox, and never had an issue. I have even used these symmetry cases in the past and not had an issue. But, my brand new know shattered with this case. I dropped it getting out of my very low car (probably 2 feet) and it completely shattered. The mag safe on the back also came off and stuck to the back of my phone. I am just disappointed in the quality of this case, and it is obviously not as protective as the past models. ... show more
