Wow this has to be the best screen protector in the marketplace. The product fits exactly how it’s meant to fit. Little room for error as they have thought of everything. I installed a total of four phones with my purchase. I must say three of them were easy and perfect with install. The fourth one did give me some trouble as it initially didn’t attach to the screen and while removing the case alignment piece it created a bubble on the screen protector. I did smooth it out and submitted the warranty for exchange. Customer service responded immediately with such an excellent approach offered to exchange and help me right away no hassles. However, the product is so good it fixed itself with the day and the bubble disappeared so no need to get new screens. This is an excellent product and an even better company behind it. I have a hard time straying from the sparkle see through case. I have the purple 14 pro max so I like to be able to see the color. I used to use speck cases, but dropped my phone just from sitting down to the floor and destroyed it to the point of needing repaired. $600 later, My husband made me get an Otterbox when I got my phone repaired and told me that’s the only case I should get. Fast forward to a month ago, I was chasing my dog down the street and my phone FLEW out of my pocket and skidded down the pavement. I forgot to make sure my phone was okay in the heat of the moment, then I remembered later to check my phone. Good as new. The only thing damaged was my case and phone grip which is a lot cheaper than replacing my whole phone. Sorry for the long review. Long story short-spend your money on and Otterbox and not a speck. The Otterbox has good quality and offers good protection all around. It is MagSafe compatible. The only small downside is it feels a slightly slick feel which can be a small risk with dry hands.

Bad quality case and the worst customer support of my life

The case was very nice for a week or two and then stretched so bad that my phones corners were constantly popping out of it. I had to pop the phone back into the case every time i took the phone out of my pocket. Also the more rubbery part of the case (the sides that stretched) yellowed a lot after just a couple of weeks of use. Could not return it to Amazon bc i didnt have the original box so I submitted a warranty claim on the Otterbox website. They asked for photos and said that my case might qualify for a replacement and i need to ship it back to them. They said that they couldn’t provide a shipping label but my shipping fee will be waived on their side. Liars. So i go and spend $30 on shipping it back, send them the receipt and they say they are not going to reimburse it now. Would not even give me a gift card for that amount. So i end up spending $80 on a bad quality product that i dont even have anymore. I ask them if they can at least send me a replacement in a different color so there is no yellowing problem to which they agree (they said they would make an “exception” for me). But then they ignore me for days. FedEx said that they received my package on Dec 9 but on Dec 19 Otterbox said that they dont have anything and they cannot track my package bc the tracking website didn’t work which of course it did. That was the last email I received from a human. On Dec 22 I received an automatically generated email that my package has been received (13 days after it actually arrived) and that was it. They have been ignoring my emails and not responding. $80 and a lot of my free time down the drain. I would not recommend doing business with them to anyone. I trusted their reputation and I should not have. This is the worst customer service experience i have ever had. ... show more
