The media could not be loaded. Excellent Magnetic Strength! I really don't understand why people say the magnets don't work. The grip strength is incredible. Here's a video of the OtterBox Wallet with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I like that the front is not shielded because I can use it to get on the subway but just holding the wallet/phone combo near the card reader on the turnstile. It's the perfect wallet. Holds 2 cards, feels like quality material, easy to pull off the phone with the D-shaped cutout on the back of the wallet. The grip really is that good. I wanted to put up another video of the OtterBox wallet lifting my iPhone 12 case with iPhone 12 Pro Max, smart door card and Spigen kick stand. It's a lot of weight. But the OtterBox magnets hold up fine. If you are hesitating on buying one of these, I wouldn't. If it doesn't work with your case, it is likely your case that has weak magnets. It will DEFINITELY stick to your iPhone 12.

Magnet holds weel onto phone, but it's edges not parallel with phone edge, slight slant within phone boundaries, but it's a bit annoying. Looks good on phone, side pocket for bills is very tight, probably fit two or three bills tops. I have the wallet folio from otterbox too, and that one lasted for about a year, before starting having issues with pulling out credit cards, broke after about a year, with frequent use. Design of detachable wallet similar for cards, so I hope I don't have same issue... let's see

It holds an ID and one of my credit cards well, and I don't worry about them falling out. I can get six or so bills (folded twice) into the undersection. As many reviews have already stated, the durability is questionable. Personally, I haven't had any issues with it ripping, tearing, etc. But I only use it once or twice a week. That said, one year later, it's still a great accessory when I don't want to carry my wallet.

I bought this specifically because one of the photos shows what looks like 3 cards coming out of the wallet, which was exactly what I needed (personal and work credit cards, and ID). In reality, it only holds 2. The third "pocket", which goes horizontally across the wallet is at least an inch too short to hold a credit card or an ID - I'm not sure what you would put in it. Otterbox knew this was an issue, so in their photos they show blank cards so you can't tell that this is an issue until you already own the wallet. My other issue with it is an Apple issue (I think) and not an Otterbox one. I'm connecting it to a Moment brand case and magsafe just feels weaker than I would expect when holding the wallet on the case. I am not super concerned - but it would really suck to bump this and have your wallet vanish. For what it's worth, it doesn't stick any better with the case removed from the phone. I destroyed the packaging opening it, so I'm not sending it back... but I will never get good use out of it and wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking to store more than 2 cards and maybe a folded up bill - there's not much room in that third spot.

For an OtterBox, I expected a lot more. Accessory lasted me only about a year and a half before it started losing all my cards every single time I pulled my phone out. If you look at the pictures, you can see that the leather stretches, the stitching loosens, and divider also loosen up pretty severely. What will end up happening when you pull your phone out and it’s upside down is that Your Credit Cards will fall out! In any case, I thought this wallet holder was going to be extremely good as other OtterBox products. Do not expect that from this product. Trash compared to other OtterBox cases!

The wallet seems to work great! Attaches to the back of my phone nicely and is actually quite hard to remove. I’m not sure where the problem is with the card storage. Everyone says that it only holds 2 cards, but I put both my debit cards in one slot and my drivers license and health insurance card in the other. All 4 fit fine and it’s really not that difficult to remove them. If how hard a credit card is to remove out of a wallet is something that makes your day hard, then you’ve got other things to worry about. Long story short, I love this little wallet!
