Depending on your phone habits the case is pretty long lasting, thought after a few years of ware down at best the silicone will start to peel but overall a pretty great case to have for starters, only tricky part is assembling and disassembling the skeleton part of the case. gotta carefully pry the thing ... show more

Got this for my Dad's iPhone 11 Pro Max. We had it delivered to a drop off point for us to pickup. First time I've tried the Pickup option. It went as smooth as possible. We went to the Amazon drop off site set up inside a Commercial pharmacy. We went in, scanned what was provided to us (on my phone, how we placed the order) the locker opened and our item was there! I was using this otter box case as well as a privacy screen protector for my Iphone 11promax. I left my phone on the top of my fiancees jeep, we pulled out of the gas station onto the highway and the phone flew off on the turn. Long story short, my phone laid on the Highway for about 25 minutes. I don’t know how many times it was run over, all i know is it was definitely run over because my screen protector shattered. I thought the phone was destroyed in the worst way, I then panicked because we all know what its like to either lose a phone or the phone being destroyed. This case worked amazing, hardly a scratch underneath the case, the phone is fully operational. The case, not so much, I will need a new case and screen protector. This case has easily saved me over $1000, and has saved me countless hours of having for me to reinstall apps and remember all the passwords. Once again, 25 minutes on a busy highway, and the phone works perfectly. This just happened yesterday, but I was so excited and relieved that I was compelled to write this review. ... show more
