This is my second Otterbox. With the first, I left my iPhone on top of my car and drove away. Was probably doing about 35mph when it fell. After hearing the noise on top of the car and being horrified to realize what I had done, I back tracked and found my iPhone in one place, and the different peices of the Otterbox in other places. The phone still had the front plastic cover from the Otterbox, but the rubber and the back plastic had come off. The phone was laying on its face still protected by the front case and hardly scratched on the sides. The screen was still perfect and there was no real damage to the phone except light scratches on the sides. The Otterbox case was badly damaged but I was able to put everything back together and continue to use the case for about six more months before it totally fell apart from the previous damage. I’m sold on Otterbox. Couldn’t believe my phone survived and without any real damage. Couldn’t believe the case was still good although badly damaged after the fall from the car. And not to mention the every day drops that I just don’t have any worry about when my phone slips from my hand or falls down a flight of stairs. Just get it. It’s worth every penny. ... show more

I first bough this case in late 2020 off of Ebay from an unauthorized seller, meaning it didn't come with the warranty, due to the price being roughly half compared to authorized dealers. After bout 2.5 years the case showed signs of heavy wear and tear and need to be replace. During those years, I knew the protection it provided was second to none. In late 2023, I was happy to see the price had dropped considerably from an authorized retailer on amazon, cheaper than the discounted price I paid on Ebay. Would strongly recommend for those who cannot afford to pay to replace their phone every time it drops and gets damaged. ... show more
