This in a lot of ways is the perfect case for your phone. Great protection and great fit. However, it was advertised as being MagSafe, but it is not. In other words, no magnets in the case. Seems to me that it would be very easy to do because the newer Commuter cases, let's say for a 16 Pro Max, have the magnetic ring/sticker on the inside of the outer plastic shell. Why can't OtterBox do this for the 13 Pro Max case because it is essentially the same? There are some folks out there not waiting in line to upgrade their phone (because their 13 Pro Max works perfectly), so they should start retrofitting some of the old phone model cases to work with MagSafe. To be fair, OtterBox does make two cases that I know of with MagSafe for the 13 pro Max. The Symmetry +, and the Defender XT. Both good cases, however they have their pros and cons. ... show more

We should have stuck with Otterbox - bought a different brand at the AT&T store and their glass lens protector for $25 extra & Their “lifetime limited warranty” was not honored as the glass protector cracked due to no raised edge like this Otterbox case has to help protect the camera lens Otter Box protects better than most cases and has a better grip to help prevent accidents!!
