Love otterbox, and protects my phone from me dropping my phone! I downgraded to a cheaper phone case for my new phone, and my on/ off button on the iPhone was acting up. Apparently something got inside and had to go to iPhone store for them to clean the side button. My cheap phone case has a couple slits on the side so maybe dust or something got inside, and the iPhone staff told me if something sugary drinks got inside causing the button to malfunction it would not be covered by iPhone’s limited warranty. We just upgraded to an Iphone 14... 6.1 inch screen and needed a case. I am brand loyal to Otterbox but we couldn't find a color we liked in their commuter case Iphone 14 models. We ended up buying a case for the Iphone 13 6.1 and although it said it would only fit the Iphone 13 and not the Iphone 14 we took a chance after reading other reviews that it did indeed fit and we were very happy to find out that it seems to fit perfectly. The slight difference that I noticed is that iphone 14 Otterbox case seems to have an elevated ridge around the outside of the camera lens while the Iphone 13 case does not, but that is the only difference I noticed and that shouldn't affect anything, I believe. Why overspend on the new Iphone 14 case when I can get a color I like for almost half the price buying the Iphone 13 model. Great purchase and love the color. ... show more

I am an experienced user of OtterBox so I looked for a NEW one for my new iphone 13. I could only find this one in the color I wanted. It was priced nearly twice the one I found in a different color for my wife's new iphone 13. When I received this one the box was somewhat flattened and the box was OPEN. I installed the protector/cover and am using it but I am not happy paying so much for an apparently "Opened and Returned" (Probably salvaged) item. ... show more
