Fitting helmets for me has always been super hit or miss. I usually fall into medium, but some mediums that measure exactly the same as my head are so tight I get an instant tension headache and no amount of break-in will fix it. This one was a little tight at first, but after wearing it a little bit here and there it broke in perfectly and is super comfortable to wear. Everyone's experience is very unique to them and there is no one size fits all, but for me this was perfect. It fit so well I went ahead and fitted it with comms and the cut-outs already in the foam were perfect. Just pull out the cheek pads, add the speakers and the mic, route the wires in the cut-outs that are in the foam and put the pads back on. The wires tuck perfectly into place and there is zero excess despite the wires being longer than they needed to be. There was plenty of room to tuck them behind the cheek pads. It was super easy to do and came out great. The cheek pads are very easy to remove, like most helmets. They’re also really easy to install. They just pop right in and out, again, like most helmets do. This should be very easy to clean and maintain and add/change comms. The visor is a bit tight to start with, but after using it for a little bit it also breaks in nicely. The tinted visor looks fantastic and is about the right amount of tint for a sunny day. You can still see who's head is inside of it from the outside if that's something you're worried about. The clear one is great and I had no issues with fogging (on either one) even with the ventilation closed off. This also comes with anti-fog cover for the lens should you need it. Speaking of ventilation - it's great. I never once felt claustrophobic in this thing. I didn't feel like I was re-breathing my own CO2 emissions. Whether it's talking or heavy breathing it still felt perfectly comfortable. If I had anything to complain about it would be the bag this comes with. It's not very good. The cinch strap doesn't have a lock on it, instead you just loosely tie it and the knot tends to slip into the seam and it's hard to get back out. It's also super thin and only offers minimal protection. There was a hole in it after using it a few times. If there were a place to cut costs to keep the price down, I guess that would be the place to do it. For how cheap this thing is compared to others I am seriously impressed with it. It's easy to be skeptical of "budget" options but this one turned out great and I am super happy with it. I look forward to being able to use it this season.

This helmet appears to be very good quality. It's a nice weight, but not too heavy. However, it doesn't feel super light and underbuilt. The foam layer is nice and thick, and even though the outer shell feels a little thin, the thick layer of foam, and a nice couple layers of webbing and padding create a nice layer system that seems like it would protect you very well. The strap is easy and quick and holds very well when yanked with some force. There's no real risk of it popping open, but with the pull of a tag can be opened immediately. I fit right in the middle of the size chart for the size I got, and everything fits perfect except it pushes in on my cheek's kind of hard. After a minute or two in the helmet I stop noticing it, and it's not enough for it to be uncomfortable, but it's super noticeable at first, and clearly just a little thick in the padding right there for me and my face shape, this could be different for everyone. But other than that, it's a perfect fit in all other aspects. The windscreen is easy to move up and down and locks into place in the closed position with a nice click. You can change out the lens with either a clear or a tinted version. They're both great and very clear and easy to see out of. It's rather easy to get the lens out, but much more difficult and precise to get it back in so be careful and patient. There're also a few vents, one on the nose of the helmet, and 2 on the brows. They seem to rout the air right into the screen/face area. And a small chin hammock to keep air from circling down around the mouth of the helmet and up into your face. It has ear indents, cord keeping tabs, and even the way the padding unclips in the back all allowing you to install a Bluetooth unit VERY effectively and discretely. The earpiece holes are indented so the speakers sit basically flat with the hard shell of the inner ear area. All very sleek and very well designed. I like everything about this helmet except the tight cheek area. But beyond that it's incredible for the price. At 70 dollars this is 20-50% cheaper than competitors and equal price to others. It claims DOT certification and as far as I can tell it's legit. No reason off surface level and first impressions to believe it's not. Great helmet, fantastic price, nice features, two lenses. I would recommend. Only one complaint and it's a small one that honestly doesn't even affect me after wearing it for more than a couple minutes.
