this is a delightful little tea strainer that can easily be removed from hot liquid without burning yourself, as the material doesn't conduct heat. There's enough space for smaller leaves (like mint or most black teas) but you'd probably want a different strainer with a larger basket for larger leaf teas. It closes well and doesn't come open. The design is adorable without being twee. This is a great idea for a white elephant gift or stocking stuffers. My spouse loved it.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend that’s obsessed with dinosaurs and he loved it! It’s also extremely cute seeing it popping out of the cup. It does caught the smell of the tea really easily but as far as now it hasn’t been a big problem for him. It’s a good quality material and the cleaning is really easy

I was looking for a cute, easy to clean tea infuser and bought this. It's so cute, I REALLY like it. It's definitely easy to clean and easy to use. However, I would have recommended that my past self skip buying this because there's really no point to it if the basic functionality is compromised, which is the too-big holes. I put in loose leaf Thai tea, and immediately the small bits floated up. I DID read the reviews about the holes, but thought, eh, a few bits of loose leaf in my tea, no big. Turns out, yes, it IS a big deal, loose leaf in your tea tastes yucky and there was quite a bit of it! Sigh. So my search for the perfect tea infuser continues...
