You Deserve This Tool
Snap On snob here, electrical specialist, never seen a tool like this on the truck. Where has this been all these years? Quality is on par with Matco--not quite Snappy level--and you feel that in the handle ergos, where sharper, squared edges prevent that elite feel. But the business end more than makes up for that! It's angled head is so useful it became my first reach tool for every tight repair space. What surprised me though is how consistently superior the crimping results are over both my small and standard Snap On tools of the same design (straight ones). I get better, stronger crimps every time using one hand than I can achieve two hands with the red tools. This is now my only-reach go-to crimping tool, even for bench work. When your livelihood depends upon a stellar reputation, these repairs must be impeccable. This tool helps my work step up to a higher levrl, and that is no easy trick for a little hand tool. If you do a good share of electrical repairs, you deserve this tool.

Buy these, now!
I do electrical repairs on vehicles, these crimpers are perfect for tight spaces and seeing the crimping on Duraseal. The bent end makes it much easier to use and crimp correctly. The wire strippers are sharp and don't fray the copper like other strippers do. The cutting blades on these are very sharp and tight, no annoying gap for smaller wires to get caught in. These are small enough to keep in your pocket and can cut, strip, crimp, etc so you don't need to carry other tools. Where I work we are required to use Duraseal so I have yet to try them when soldering but I'm sure they'll work just as good. These are great for tight areas under the IP and for small wires. A coworker had these and after a few jobs I had to buy them, great tool!

Good concept and will replace but not with OTC which ...
Product failed just after a year and one month of light use. Snapped at pivot bolt. Contacted OTC and they chose not to do anything to support their product. Good concept and will replace but not with OTC which is sad because I have other OTC products and have been happy with them.

Better then sanp on
Good quality. Got this as I do 12v accessories for cars and sometimes need to get into tight places at angles that I can't get to with a regular crimper. No need to buy the snap on brand that my coworker paid 2x this price for the same thing. I'm sure the snap on one is just this same one rebranded.

tight spaces watch out
Brilliant design, great for working in tight spaces like Kenworth headlamp assemblies. Also half the cost of buying it on a tool truck for the same exact tool made by OTC with a tool company logo stamped on it. If your tool guy is awesome, they'll still warranty it.

Great for under-dash work
I bought these because they're a bit more compact than standard crimpers but they still offer plenty of leverage for a solid crimp. The angled crimper head is awesome when space is tight or you have to reach the dark recesses under a dashboard.

Poor metal quality and breaks at the hinge of pliers
This is the second set that broke in the same place when crimping 22-18 awh but splices. They replaced the first set but this second set I have only used twice.

Decent tool
They work good but keep coming loose and need tightening up every now and then and I don't know why I don't abuse them.
