Didn’t expect much but it is super relaxing with enough pressure and a smooth motion that it really does relax you. The vibration feature is louder than the actual vibration it puts out but besides that, love it. Bluetooth connected seamlessly to my iPhone and was jamming and relaxing in no time.

    • Helps my dry eye issue
I have a really bad dry eye issue along with eye allergies and a not properly healed scratched eye. I don't think i realized when i purchased that it including an eye massager but I needed something with heat since it was rec by my dr. With the weather slowly changing, my eyes have been getting really dry and painful at night so I decided to try this out, after it's been sitting in the box for a few months. I like the fact that this has the 4 settings but I wish they would let you choose 1 option at a time instead of their settings. However, the heat is the BEST part about this eye mask for my dry eyes. Waking up at 2a with a red, scratchy eye that can't stand the light is one of the hardest things to deal with and gives me anxiety along with not being able to get comfy enough to fall back asleep. After i used this mask on the heat and music (turned down) setting, i was able to relax, open my eyes and fall back asleep within 15 mins. I couldn't do the massager due to the unhealed scratch on my eyeball but it isn't too strong and might be perfect if you get those headaches that bother your eyes (migraines, maybe?). The product was great. It was so comfortable that I fell asleep. When I woke up, my vision was very blurry. It was very scary! I used refresh eye drops and it helped temporarily but my vision was blurry again. I fell asleep for the night; woke up, vision was back normal. I will be returning this product. ... show more

    • Works for what I need
The only problem I had was, I didn't have the correct core, even though it was a C USB cord, it was working to charge. Once I use the original cord alway was good. I would not remain sleeping with this on, I have fallen a sleep a couple time and woke up with sweaty eyes.

I purchased this item and liked it so much that 3 weeks later I purchased another for a friend. The item works great, it feels good, with the right amount of pressure. I did ended up having issues with my sinuses and blurred vision. This was a result from a previous eye procedure. I contacted the seller and was provided a full refund for the 1 massager I was no longer able to use. Great customer service, and quick respond.
