We have an air popper and like plain popcorn without butter or additives for the healthiness and low calories. We don't want the chemical additives. This is not our first order but this size is the best cost per once so I jumped on it. We find that it has the best taste and seems very fresh especially since it is in a seal able container vs. a plastic bag. When we first switched to it many kernels did not pop which was disappointing. Then we learned to pre-heat the air popper and now the pop rate is far better.
