I have other Orrefors glasses and wanted to add to the collection. The martini glasses are delicate, so be careful when washing. I would advise washing by hand with a gentle touch. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the delivery driver left them at a neighbor's house instead of mine.

This is a very delicate Martini glass which I bought as a gift for my husband. He had owned a pair and eventually both were broken. Its a glass to be used on very special occasions and definitely hand wash. The picture of this stunning glass is very accurate. Keep in mind that the blue color is designed as a a large drop suspended in the stem, so its not overwhelming! ... show more

These are very nice glasses with an elegant design. They look like the photographs when backlit, but in normal lighting the blue is darker and not quite as noticeable in my opinion. The lip is very thin and very fragile. I just ordered a replacement for one that I broke. It had a hair line crack all the way around the lip. I had always gently hand washed the glasses and was very careful when handling. I still don't know how the lip got cracked. Perhaps they are just a tad too fragile. ... show more

I ordered two glasses. NOT the set of TWO for More $. They were shipped separately. One is PERFECT ! The other is IMPERFECT! The "seconds" one has ripples in the bowl of the glass and is not uniform in thickness. Hand made, mouth blown crystal is not always perfect, but, I know why I got two different shlpments. Beautiful, but one of two glasses had the rim break off in a ring prior to use. The replacement failed a second time, appears to have experienced an internal stress failure. Most disappointing as these gifts had to be returned twice. Do I dare reorder?
