  • Older picky dog loves this stuff.
Flavor Name: Fit & Trim Size: 23.5 Pound (Pack of 1)
80 lb australian shepherd, 8 years old. She's a little tubby, and has a few medical issues, so she's become a full time inside lap dog. Since then she's become incredibly picky about what she eats, she wants people food, which only makes her belly problems worse, haha. I've tried 3 varieties of orijen now, and both dogs just gobble it up. This is the only fit n trim type dog food I've ever tried that dogs love to eat. It's top tier food, great ingredients, and she's feeling pretty great while eating it. Will order again. ... show more

  • Our pup likes this food
Flavor Name: Small Breed Size: 10 Pound (Pack of 1)
Our Morkiepoo likes this food, and she seems healthy eating it. The vet thinks that as well. A little pricey for the product, but appears to be of better quality than previous foods we have tried. Dog Food Advisor has the specs of this and others for comparison.

  • Nothing but the Best!
Flavor Name: Original Size: 23.5 lb
When you absolutely adore your dog, you choose a high quality and safely made dog food like Orijen. My two Rhodesian Ridgebacks are large, healthy male dogs who love to eat. We’ve fed them Orijen since day one in addition to raw, and we feel they are getting the best balanced diet including turkey, chicken and fish. Having it on subscription makes life easy, especially with how much these dogs like to eat. We’re so thankful for a great food that our dogs really enjoy, and keeps them healthy and active. ... show more

  • One of the Top Dog Kibble You Can Feed Your Dog
Flavor Name: Original Size: 72 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I rescued a 7 month old Husky recently. When I took her into the Vet for a wellness check, I had asked the vet what would be the best food for her. Without hesitation the Vet said Purina Pro Plan was the best! So trusting my vet I went out and bought the food. I feed my dog the Purina Pro Plan food and she sniffed around it at first and ate it. The food gave her diarrhea. Knowing huskies have notoriously sensitive stomachs, i thought I'd try sticking to it to see if she normalized. It wasn't happening. During that time decided to educate myself on dog foods. Obviously fresh dog food is the best. I don't have time to scratch make dog food myself, and the fresh dog food in the big brand stores is either too expensive, or I cannot depend on them to keep it in stock regularly enough. I came across Orijen dog food and the first thing I noticed were the ingredients. The first ten ingredients in a dog food is pretty telling. Here's the first ten for Orijen's Original Dog Food: Chicken, turkey, salmon, whole herring, chicken liver, dehydrated chicken, dehydrated turkey, dehydrated chicken liver, dehydrated egg, and dehydrated sardine. Did you see mention of any "by-products" or "meal"? Nope, because it's not there. If you take a look at the first ten ingredients for Purina Pro Plan for puppies they are: Beef, rice, whole grain corn, poultry-byproduct meal, whole grain wheat, egg product, beef fat, pea fiber, fish meal and natural flavors. Clearly Orijen is the winner here. What they put in their dog food is so much better for our four legged friends. I switched my husky to Orijen's Original food and things have been great. She has a beautiful shiny coat. She has had no digestive issues. Her energy level has gone up and she enjoys this food! Don't ask your vet what to feed your dog. There's a reason they suggest Purina and it's not because it's the best food for them. Do your research. Purina doesn't even make the top 20 when it comes to foods that are better for your dog. Try Orijen if you're looking to feed your dog well! . . ... show more

  • Great Food BUT...
Flavor Name: Six Fish Size: 23.5 Pound (Pack of 1)
I realize all dogs are different but I can't feed this as a primary meal to my four dogs. However, it's outstanding when used as a supplement only for my dogs. I am unable to feed it to my three German Shepherds and Chihuahua as their primary meals because fed in full meal amounts it causes all four to have extreme anal gland (AG) issues, i.e., to develop dark brown circles around their anuses and foul secretions from their AGs. I'm talking all four of my dogs developed the exact same issues within two weeks of feeding this food as their primary meals. When I stopped, all four dog's AG issues cleared completely up withing a week and a half. I'm a Dog Behaviorist, Trainer & Canine Nutritionist, so I'm very careful and meticulous about identifying what's good and not good to feed my canine kiddo's, and in what quantities. I have found that "supplementing" my dogs with this food has a wonderful effect on their skin and coats; My Sheps get 1/8 cup of this food on top of their primary food twice per day and my Chihuahua gets 7 kibbles of it on top of his primary food twice per day. No AG problems at all when fed as a supplement as such and noticably improved skin and coats within 6 weeks. Now, as for the smell, phew! Yes, even for a fish lover like me it is way too strong to store indoors! Rather, I pour the bag into airtight containers and store them in the garage refrigerator. Please know I'm not knocking this food as I truly believe using it as a supplement is far superior to using the fish oil supplements they used to receive. So, I give this food 5 stars as a supplement but have to give it only 4 stars as a primary food for my dogs due to the AG issues it clearly causes them when fed as their primary meals. ... show more

  • My picky dogs love it
Flavor Name: Small Breed Size: 4 Pound (Pack of 1)
I’ve been feeding this to my two finicky dogs for about two years. They both love it and it settles well in their stomachs, and make the chore of cleaning up after them much easier. Good quality ingredients as well.
