We enjoy going to antique trade days and flea markets for a fun day out. This soft sided cooler is the perfect size and will work great for us. As you can see in my photo, this cooler really can hold 40 12oz cans with the insert installed but that would be with very little ice. We haven't used it yet but I did put water in it and it did not leak. It's a much better insulated cooler than the one we're using now so I know it will hold ice for the day. This is a very well made, sturdy cooler. The side pocket it great for storing small items. The zippers are sturdy and work smoothly. It has a handle on both sides and includes a shoulder strap. I like that it includes the hard insert for better insulation and that it collapses for storage. I know it will get used a lot. Very functional and useful. This cooler exceeded my expectations. I'm very pleased with it. If I have any issues with it when I use it I will update my review. ... show more

    • Space saving cooler bag
This cooler bag folds down completely, taking up very little space when not in use. This is perfect for my needs as I need a cooler occasionally and I didn't want a cooler to take up space when not in use, for example, after a camping trip. The cooler feels relatively solid, a little thicker and solid than cooler lunch bags. So far I only had a chance to use it once on a day-trip, and a bag of ice did the job of keeping drinks and food cold for about 6 hours. I suspect that this won't stay cold enough if you are needing food to be chilled for a full day. Still, this bag is perfect for my needs as someone who wants a compact solution. ... show more

    • Useful…but a bit annoying
I use this mostly for groceries, but it came in handy for a recent road trip, too. I like the basic design, it is large enough without being cumbersome, I love that it folds down, and I like the liner with Velcro because otherwise it just collapses in on itself. I also like that there are toggles to secure it in the folded position so it really does lay pretty flat. I appreciate the handles on the sides, too. That being said, there are things that could have been better. The toggles are so close to the zipper that they are constantly getting caught in it, which makes opening and closing slightly tedious. The liner comes out but then doesn’t attach or fit into the folded cooler, so you have to keep it with it but it’s easy to get separated. The strap does not attach securely to the cooler…the ends of the strap have hooks that are open on one side and they slide into the fabric loops on the cooler, but there is nothing to completely secure them so I imagine with time and use the loops will become looser and the strap will slide out too easily. The zipper pocket on the front is pretty small, not sure how useful it is, but I’m not entirely sure what people use these pockets for, either. I don’t quite understand the top…it has 4 places to put drinks…but the top flips open, so once you set anything on top, you can’t open the cooler without removing it all first. It would have been easier if this was either removable or if it was a sliding top or the kind that levers up. The toggles are also a bit of a pain…snaps or a Velcro closure would have been easier to work with. Overall it is useful and has some good features. The annoyances are just that…simple annoyances, but they haven’t outweighed its usefulness….yet. ... show more

    • My Go To Trunk Box
I live on an island, and grocery shopping requires going to multiple stores to get what I want. Sometimes, I skip a trip if I have perishable or frozen items in my trunk. Now I can throw some ice packs in it and knock out all my shopping in one trip. It also collapses on itself, so I don't have to throw everything in the back seat when I need the trunk space. It is insulated and easy to dump and dry any melted ice or water. It is easy to clean and works well as a small cooler when an impromptu trip to the beach calls for it. This is an awesome little cooler! It is well made and doesn't leak at all. I love that the top can double as a little table with drink holders built right in. The zipper is strong and moves around the bag well so this is easy to get in and out of. When we recently went camping, this sat right between our chairs and it was so convenient. When I'm not bringing this on a trip or with me to someone's house (for a day party), it stays right in my trunk. It's awesome for cold groceries, as the insulation really keeps everything nice and cold. It did have a slight odor when I first expanded it, but that went away after letting it air out overnight. I tested this with a few drinks at room temperature and a couple of ice packs and a frozen water bottle in my garage overnight. The temperature was in the low 40s and in the morning the water bottle was almost unfrozen, and the ice pack was done. The drinks were slightly cold. This is not a cooler that can be just partially filled and go, but with more preplanning-chilling the drinks and filling the whole cooler with ice. Then it becomes heavy. Though I like that the inner liner comes out and helps the cooler keep its shape, I don't trust it to keep anything cold for more than an afternoon in the sun. ... show more

I like this cooler. When I take my kids camping or to the lake for the day, I bring a food cooler and have been needing a separate drinks cooler. My kids constantly opening and closing the food cooler to get drinks drives me nuts. Within hours our food is floating in melted ice water. ***Time To Go Home!!*** This is going to be our drinks cooler so they won't be touching the food cooler, and we'll get to stay longer. This is very cute, imo...and I love the patriotic colors. It has a retro look to it. Well made of heavy duty Oxford cloth so it'll be easy to keep clean. Can be used with or without the folding side-walls. The interior materials are heat welded so there's no leaking, and the zipper is waterproof too. I like that it folds down very compact; I'll be keeping this behind the seat of my truck and using it to store freezer and refrigerator foods after grocery shopping to stay cold until I get home; as well as for camping and picnics.
