It was a little gritty. I couldn't stand it as a juice on its own. I did mix some into a soup to add some more vetegal flavor and it worked nicely.

This bag arrived well sealed. Opening the bag the powder was fresh and had a strong celery aroma. I mixed one teaspoon of this in a cup of water according to instructions and the flavor was light and refreshing, a pleasant celery flavor. I think this powder would be good in any kind of vegetable drink or maybe even bloody mary's. It would also be a pleasant addition to smoothies. I'm not sure, but it seems like you could also add it to soups or stews as well. The powder is very soluble, and the flavor is pleasant.

Tried the celery powder in plain cold water and didn't like it much though it mixed well. Didn't have that salty fresh celery juice taste and bland with a little grit. Then tried it in a protein shake that had some sweetness in it and it was much better, helped balance the sweetness of the shake. Great alternative when I can't get fresh celery for juicing.

I honestly didn't even know or think about the option to have celery powder, so I was really excited. I have done juicing off and on throughout the years and was jumping on the celery train, but it's just too overwhelming to keep up with being a busy mom. This is a powder and a resealable bag, and I just mix it with water and it mixes up really well. I feel like it is also more tolerable to drink this way then when I was juicing. It tastes similar to when I was juicing. My young son refused freshly juiced celery, but he likes this. I just drink it on an empty stomach with a lot of water. It also keeps me regular after about day 2 or 3 of drinking it. No complaints, I will continue drinking this daily and reorder from whomever has the best deal.

I like fresh celery, but sometimes it is not readily available or it is too pricey for us. This powdered celery is perfect for when you want to add some celery taste, and you really do not want the salt that comes with celery seasoning. It is a easily dissolving powder with a strong celery taste. It is perfect for cooking, adding it to stews, sauces, and even smoothies/drinks. I did try some plain, with water, as a kind of celery juice, but it was not really my thing. I also tried it added to a bloody Mary, and it made the drink pop, though it did change the color somewhat. A good celery powder that is shelf stable and pantry friendly, portable and convenient.

I am pleasantly surprised by how nice this celery juice powder is. It arrived factory sealed with an expiration date almost 3 years away. The bag is resealable so that's helpful for storing. The taste is actually good and the texture is smooth. I appreciate that the only ingredient is celery powder and that it's vegan friendly. I could see me adding this to different things like drinks, as suggested on the bag. But also for different recipes like sauces. Overall, I think it's a fun and tasty addition to my kitchen and would recommend to others.
