I have pretty severe GI issues, and a lot of coffees can really upset my stomach. I recently found out of have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, and I don't get enough nutrients because it's hard to eat some days, so most days I just have coffee until 6 pm. Not only am I getting pre and probiotics with this coffee, the mushroom additives seem to be helping, also. I gave this teo plus weeks, and I haven't had coffee guts, no jitters or crashing. Let alone, it's a very smooth and really good tasting coffee. I'm pretty boujee about my coffee, and like a quality medium dark roast, which is EXACTLY what this is. I will be buying this, and trying other items like the elixir, instant coffee (i want to see if I can make Dalgona coffee with it!) and the decaf coffee and chai.

Triggers nerve pain for me. I was hoping it was just a coincidence because it does taste very good & smooth not bitter at all. But I just tried it again & my head hurts & my face tingles. So if you have a history or nerve damage you may want to try a different blend. I didn't get this response from their other coffees. Bummer it really is good overall & you do get the relaxing effect from the ashwagandha.

I was apprehensive to try this and I’m blown away by how good it is. It’s not bitter at all like traditional coffee and it smells great brewing it. It’s also a really good price and value! I have more energy the last few couple of days drinking it in the morning, without the crash I get from other coffee.

I am gluten intolerant, new to the party. Wasn’t expecting much here, but this coffee has made a huge difference for me. It’s not the best tasting stuff, like I don’t trade my nespresso for it, but it’s not horrible. Tasted like the instant coffee we used to drink, kinda flat. I didn’t taste any mushrooms or dirt. It doesn’t make me jittery at all. (And that’s after the nespresso!) If you have gut issues, just don’t hesitate on this!
