Trying this because I am just a few years too young to have hormonal treatments prescribed but am battling daily hot flashes and night sweats among other seemingly hormonal symptoms. Based on research it can take several months to really start helping but I wanted to share on the taste and initial experience. Added this to my daily smoothie, it added a very subtle earthy flavor which did not make my smoothie any less enjoyable. Maybe changed the texture slightly but not enough to be bothered by it. Will try to remember to update later on whether or not it helps with the hormone situation.

Just so you’re aware, track what’s happening when you’re taking this. If you are losing sleep, you might need to take a break from maca. It can cause insomnia. Also, I was taking during my luteal phase and it made me even more moody. Just know your stuff and when you need to supplement and when you don’t.

Been using this for a couple years now and no complaints. one scoop on my scrambled eggs every morning along with MCT oil, turmeric, potassium chloride, a little cajun seasoning, 1/4 cup hemp hearts, and top it off with a little pepper jack cheese, then a little salsa soon as it's on my plate, yummy! This is generally around 4am, which gives me about 2 hours before I tee off and walk 6 miles around the golf course, year round under tropical heat and barely break a sweat! For reference, I'm an American, 65yo, retired and live in the beautiful tropics of the Philippines and play golf most days, year round. I've only used this product in the morning, so I couldn't comment on sleep issues at night as some have mentioned. Hope this helps!
