The peppermint smell is the most prominent to me. The roll on feature makes it convenient to apply. I feel like it dispenses more than it should so I rub it in to not have excess oil on my skin/clothes. I'm not sure if I actually feel the muscle relief, but that could be because I'm closer to major versus mild strains. I’ve been using the Silk Road Organic Muscle Relief Essential Oil Blend Roll-On mainly for neck pain that I tend to get after walking long distances. While it doesn’t completely eliminate the pain, I’d say it helps reduce it by about 50%, which is a noticeable relief. It definitely makes the area feel more relaxed and less tense. The aroma is quite pleasant—refreshing but not overpowering—with a nice balance of peppermint and ginger. The roll-on applicator makes it super easy to apply without any mess, which I really appreciate, especially when I’m out and about. I use this at night before bed to help me get to my calm relaxed state. I especially make sure I use it when I haven't been sleeping well. It smells so soothing so I can see how it can be a stress reliever. I love the smell of lavender and I like having it around my bed so when I am going to sleep it will help me relax and get into a mode that will push away the days cares and just sleep. This little bottle of essential oil helps add to that. It's also a nice size for traveling. I can throw it in my purse if it's a road trip or I put it in my luggage (I'm always afraid TSA is going to take my stuff even when I stay within the guidelines ) so I will have it when I get to my destination.
