Fast delivery, quality item. Fits like the original. Biggest issue is having the correct puller tool to remove the wiper blade arms! Suggest New Britain P-150 D made in USA puller. Other than that, installation process was per Haynes Manual 2012 Dodge Caravan. Car definitely rides better. Original struts had over 100,000 miles. One more thing: you will need a 15mm socket for the windshield wiper blades; and an 18mm deep socket and wrench as well as aT30 socket for the torsion bar; and 12mm wrench for the top nuts on the strut assembly; 21mm socket and torque wrench for the 2 main bolts; and an assistant to place new top nuts on, because you are holding the strut in place from the bottom. Key points: read the Haynes Manual for the 2012 Dodge Caravan, protect the rubber axle boot with a sheet of cardboard. It will take a 5 lb sledge hammer and punch to remove the 2 21mm bolts. Would certainly buy again.

I installed these on a 2008 Grand Caravan. Previous struts I ordered were from Unity and they did not last long. These came in a pair and so far these have been great the last 2 days driving around. The ride height has been good as the vehicle no longer scrapes the ground when hitting bumps. The quality of the product appears decent and a quick inspection of the assembly was done before installing to make sure everything was installed correctly before assembly. I will update in a month. Update : Oct 14, 2019 So far so good with the struts. No issues and they have handled these Chicago streets very well with all the construction and potholes.

They feel great for now.. I could feel the difference and I’m enjoying the way my van is driving.. great value. But it’s made in China that’s the only bad thing I could say..

These struts were life savers. We hit some successive bumps and deep dips on an unfamiliar road. The steering began to shake from side to side. I took the van to get the wheels aligned. They said oh in addition to wheel alignment, the struts have to be replaced. I asked how much is that? Well I needed 2 struts at $175 each, installation $160. Alignment $89. Do the math! Well needless to say, there was no way I was going to pay that. I found these $169 for the pair. I looked up installation on YouTube and except for one difficult nut, replaced both struts on a Saturday morning.

ZERO stars should be the ONLY option for these for MANY reasons. 1. You can see where the manufacturer defect in the pictures! The threads were bad and because these are complete struts it wasn't seen until my wheel almost fell off with my 6 yr twins in the car!!! Mechanic said we are lucky we weren't in a serious accident!!! There is no nut on the bolt as you can see. 2. Company was giving us the run around about using their hassle free 18 month warranty! These were on my van just under 5 months! When you request a phone number via email the company will cess all communications. Also if you Google Oredy and try either email listed they do not exist! It is now costing me more money for repairs than what I paid the struts. Company wanted pictures so guess what they can look at them on here with everyone else!!! Thankfully Amazon is amazing and is taking care of this. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
