It took my husband and I a couple hours - the step by step video helped immensely, but I would caution- when putting up the net bars - make sure to look ahead to which direction the pegs face so you are not undoing a bunch of poles. Update: ORCC reached out to me and sent new parts for free. They got here really quickly and I appreciate that A LOT. Customer service is top notch. We bought this for Christmas 2020 and I’ve waited to write a review until now, just to see how it held up. My kids absolutely love it and so do all the neighbor kids. It was pretty easy to put up-just my husband and I did it. However, after only 2-3 months, most of the poles holding the net up were broken or bent. The issue is with the bolts that hold the poles on/up. When the kids jump, it basically cuts them and then the poles fall. I contacted the seller/makers and they were very easy to deal with, kind and got me new parts for free. I had sent them pictures of the “damage/wear”. However, those parts only lasted a few months too. I’ve basically bought every type of large bolt there is in the stores to try and see which ones will hold up and none of them do. It’s almost been a year and while the kids still like it, it looks like a mess in our yard and we can’t keep the poles upright, unless we change the bolts every other week. If I had to pick another trampoline, I’d pick a “pumpkin” one where the poles aren’t straight. ... show more

This is a great trampoline! My husband, myself and our two boys have enjoyed many jumps on this trampoline since Santa gifted it to us for Christmas. It is sturdy, seems to hold up well so far to water and was a breeze to put together - coming from someone who did not put it together at all! Haha

Purchased one year ago and has been used almost daily by 2 adults and 3 kids (under 12). It has held up through rain, snow, wind, and thunderstorms. We have moved it a few times in the yard—two adults. No broken springs, no sun damage to mats, and netting still in great shape (maybe one small tear near the zipper). The only thing that is not like new is the foam pads encircling the net bars since our cat likes to use them as a scratching post. We love our trampoline and would recommend it. Oh my goodness! This went together in about two hours with two people working together. As soon as it was up, the excited jumping began and kept the young people happily entertained for hours! The trampoline is sturdy, enclosed with a zipper above the laddered entrance. The surrounding netting is high enough to keep the kids safely inside while bouncing. It came with a basketball hoop and two small balls that made the fun that much greater! As a grandmother, I had possibly more enjoyment watching and listening to the adults and kids giggling and bouncing around inside the netting the trampoline! It was a wonderful purchase!
