The trampoline is of the highest quality and durability I have seen. Phenomenal product and they clearly put safety first when designing it. My 7 and 9 year old boys can’t get enough of it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TRAMPOLINE! We had one issue with one of the supporting posts due to our own fault (one of my boys continually hanging on the netting which ultimately bent one of the supporting posts. I reached out to customer service where I dealt with Doria. They made this so easy for by sending the parts diagram to ensure that the correct part was sent to me. The best part, they did not even charge me for the cost of the replacement part which was clearly not their fault. The experience was amazing and painless and Doria was phenomenal, kept me up to date on the status of the replacement and continually check in to see if there was anything else she could help with. Couldn’t be more thankful and EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE!

So far so good after 3 months. Good quality for the price. This is shipped in 2 fairly heavy packages. Mine arrived in good shape with no parts missing. Assembly was pretty straightforward. I could have done it myself, but you’ll save yourself a lot of time (and probably frustration) with a helper. I’ve had trampolines before and after a few years in the sun, the padding that goes over the springs usually starts disintegrating. The cover on this trampoline looks to be of similar quality and material, so I’m not expecting it to last forever—and I’m ok with that, replacements are pretty cheap. My only gripe has to do with installing the safety netting. What a pain in the keester! If you follow the lacing pattern shown in the instructions, I don’t think it can be done. I had to go back and undo things a couple of times (lots of fun when you’re doing this Christmas Day in freezing drizzle with numb fingers). I HIGHLY recommend cutting the lacing string in four pieces and working on one quarter at a time. This will make it a lot easier to make adjustments as you go and, if you need to backtrack, you won’t have as much to redo.

Our daughter loves the 12 ft trampoline. It is very sturdy and we put it together in less than 2 hrs. We had a storm blow through and it picked the trampoline up and tossed it across our yard bending the frame. I emailed the company and within an hour summer had messaged me back and gave me very clear directions on how to get a new part. She even checked to see if the warranty might cover it. Which it did not but they are sending the replacement part for free. Very satisfied with the customer service and their super fast response thank you summer

The trampoline is great. It does what it’s meant to do, relatively easy to put together, the kids love it. But what really earns the 5th star is their customer service! My kids broke a net support pole and when we needed a new one (there is free lifetime replacement) it was very easy to get with no questions asked. They sent us the part and we will install it this weekend. They really were amazing!

The media could not be loaded. This 14’ trampoline was very easy to put together and his incredibly sturdy. We looked at cheaper and more expensive trampolines and I’m super glad I went with this one both my kids love it and the grandkids. My daughter is on it every single day for at least two hours it gets them off the devices and out playing where they should be. I’m going to invest in the tent that goes over it when it gets a little hotter this summer. We do get high winds in this area so I bought four sandbags and use them for weights.

We love this trampoline! We did not store it well and it got damaged over the winter with heavy snow. The company was amazing and sent us new poles for the cost of just shipping. Summer the customer service rep was incredibly helpful with sending the parts list and helping to navigate which parts to purchase and how to do so. They came within a week! Thank you so much!!
