UPDATE Sep 2020: We’ve had this trampoline since Apr 2019 and it’s held up very well with a fair amount of use. It’s gone through one Northeastern winter uncovered, and I can’t detect any rust or other deterioration (I did make sure to remove any accumulated snow to avoid stretching/sagging). Customer service is still great: just now I reached out because one of the springs was overstretched (we think somebody landed on it too hard). They are sending us a replacement free of charge. Assembly was fairly straightforward, though the wording of some (presumably translated) phrases in the instructions was a little puzzling. We figured it out though. Definitely a two person job, primarily when it comes to the safety netting: I don’t see how I could have done it alone, since it’s a “one person holds, other person screws” situation. Also, two assembly tips I got from other reviews that I strongly recommend: - open up the tunnels that the safety net poles go into with a broom stick prior to trying to slide them in - fasten the foam covers to the safety net poles with duct tape to prevent them from sliding. Made this step MUCH easier and faster. As for the product itself: it feels very sturdy. Our first trampoline so we have no comparison, but the bounce feels good - kids love it. It does come with a tarp , so I’m thinking that’s what I’ll do for winter storage, as disassembly and indoor storage is not practical in our case. Time will tell how long it will last. Customer service: very responsive! One of the wingnuts holding the safety net poles was stripped. Emailed the manufacturer who responded within 24 hrs and immediately sent replacement part free of charge. Even followed up to make sure we received it.

We bought this trampoline 3 years ago for two teenage boys under 200 pounds. It gets a lot of use and has held up great! We recently had a massive storm that picked up the trampoline, snapped one side of he trampoline, and through it into the trees. After getting it down, we noticed one steel piece broke and proceeded to contact the manufacture to purchase the replacement part. Not only did they have it, they send it to us for free even though we are out of warranty and they had not obligation to do this. 5 stars because it is a great product and is supported by a company that goes above what is expected.

Purchased in March 2023. Shipment prompt and not missing parts!!!! Easy to assemble. Needs some mussels to mount the springs. Servs the purpose well - kids (7-18) love it. Safety - make sure you to tie green springs cover correctly or otherwise little kids can fell out between side screen and the bottom of the trampoline. Rain cover needs bigger opening in the center of the cover to let access water to drain away. Additional stake anchors should be added to the bigger trampoline. I purchased for my trampoline separately and I am glad I did.

I'm glad I shopped around and picked this trampoline. I decided to spend more on a large one that appeared to be more sturdy than the others. I bought this for my kids for xmas and it's been a hit in the neighborhood and gets bounced on nearly every day. Best purchase I've made in a long time. Highly recommended. There are cheaper ones out there but they bend like my last one. This has held up great.

Assembly was easy but we initially messed up the layout of the poles. The whole pattern in the straight poles are for the safety net and we did not realize we installed them incorrectly and could not assembly the safety net. With the frame assembled, it was easy to remove the straight poles and rearrange them. Probably 10 extra minutes. After about 30 minutes of jumping, we discovered a tear in the jumping mat. We took 4 pictures and emailed them with the amazon invoice to ORCC customer service. This happened during the Christmas weekend. The email was answered late Sunday night and we had a new jumping mat by Thursday. Awesome!! Taking into account the shipping nightmare of the holidays and COVID crap, we were jumping again by the next weekend. It is Jan 18 and the new jumping mat is doing great and we are having a lot of fun. Definitely worth the purchase, comes with great customer service!

The netting on this new trampoline was defective. Even though it was a Memorial Day weekend I emailed the manufacturer. Do you know they had someone reply that same day! In fact we corresponded several times that weekend (describing the problem; sending a picture, etc. ) and they shipped out a replacement net immediately and we received it in two days. This is our first trampoline so I can't compare to others but it went together easily, the kids are having a blast on it, and that customer service deserves lots of kudos.

This trampoline has been a great purchase. We have had it for about 3 years when a tree fell on it. Customer service was very responsive and got us the part. It is now back in working order. They were great!
