DO NOT BUY!!! I got this for my kids for Christmas. The item came in three boxes. Easy to assemble, everything seemed fine. I needed to move the trampoline a few feet to adjust the location of it before the kids started using it. When we picked it up two of the structural tubes buckled and the entire trampoline is now jacked up and unusable. This is weak material and not sufficient for supporting even its own dead load. This product is an absolute piece of crap. See pictures. ——————— Edit: The company was kind enough to send me replacement parts as needed to reassemble. They also asked me to take this review down, but I won’t. Judging from my experience, my guess is all the poor reviews were triaged and removed. YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS: The trampoline is now assembled and functional. However, I will stress the word “functional”. This is still a flimsy frame design. This isn’t a weight issue, as my kids are all in elementary school and below 50th percentile in weight. This design uses a crimped tube rather than a sleeve connection at the primary nodes. I was a licensed structural engineer, this is why I know these things. This design is simply ill equipped to handle any excess lateral or torsional loads, which is dork talk for you better never move this thing, place it on marginally uneven ground, or even live in a windy area. ... show more

The trampoline is exactly as described. The kids already love it. Took 4 hours to assemble with two people. There is a snag in a section of the netting. Hoping to hear from the distributor about replacing that part of the item. It did come a week before expected! The company sent a replacement net the minute they were back in stock and were very communicative! Would definitely recommend it! ... show more

This trampoline is WAY overpriced.. It is a standard $350 trampoline that you can pick up from Dunhams, Walmart, Target etc... I somehow got suckered into buying it for over $800 after shipping & taxes. Pros: Its easy to assemble: Took me less than 2 hours by myself. Cons: The frame is flimsy. The netting poles are so flimsy one was bent in under 10 minutes of use. Will I keep it? Probably. I set it up last night for my kids birthday today... Dont really feel like dissembling it and figuring out the logistics to get it outta here along with finding a replacement and going through the trouble of assembling another one. ... show more

We love it! I searched for a while before I decided which trampoline to buy and I’m so glad I chose this one. I bought the 15ft and it is big and sturdy. It has one of the highest weight capacity out of all others in and below this price range. I am 5’3” and I put it together by myself, (although the directions recommend two people for assembly, which I agree would have made it so much easier) The safety net took the longest too assemble. I was very pleased to see that this trampoline was packaged very sturdily. The manufacturer used extra thick cardboard and tie bands, and packaged it into 3 separate boxes. I feel torn about this review because the trampoline is well made, sturdy and I believe would be easy to put together. The boxes arrived and were labeled 1 of 3, 2 of 3, and 3 of 3. This is great, but I was shipped 4 boxes. One box did have a different name on it, but somehow in the chaos of opening boxes and moving lids out of the way- who knows. I was trying to figure out which poles to use. I did manage to get it together and figured out which pieces of the netting did not belong. I am not sure if Amazon or the seller made the shipping mistake. If you follow the directions and have the intended 3 boxes it should go together easily. ... show more

Disappointed! First of all I am a 57 yr old gma of two boys. I bought this for their christmas gift. I actually put it together my self well I had a some help help but just a little because you need at least 2 people it's faster and easier. It took maybe 4 hrs at most . The directions could have been more detailed when it came to the leg parts and making sure you position them accordingly so the net legs match up. Now I did put the trampoline upside down my bad. I purchased this 15’ trampoline for my 9 year old son’s birthday. He absolutely loves it! My brother and I were able to put it together in about 2.5 hours. It was a fairly simple process and everything was packaged very nicely. Watching the instruction video was also very helpful. My biggest complaint is that the trampoline is less than 2 months old and several of the straps for the spring cover and netting have torn away at the seam. This has caused the spring cover to blow up and leave the springs exposed which is a safety concern. I have left the seller feedback and am hoping this issue will be resolved with a new spring cover. Other than that, we are very happy with the product. UPDATE! The Seller reviewed my feedback and shipped me a new spring cover for free. I received the spring cover two days after posting this review. I am so impressed with the customer service that I changed my rating to four stars. Thank you ORCC! ... show more
