  • like sliding the poles into the netting without the foam ... like sliding the poles into the netting without the foam ...
First, let me start by saying I paid the full Amazon price for this item and have been in no way encourage or enticed to leave feedback. Am am floored by the qualify/price of this trampoline as well as the service. We received this trampoline the first week of July. Assembly was simple but there were a few tricky parts, like sliding the poles into the netting without the foam shifting, but nothing too terrible that we couldn't figure out. It took maybe 2 hours total to install with 2 of us. The kids, of course, loved it immediately. I liked the higher weight limit than most other similar trampolines and the kids like that the netting is on the outside of the padding so they get a little extra room. We got the 15 foot one and it's huge. Plenty of room! They put the sprinkler under it and jump in the water, the take their nerf guns in there...hours of fun. On July 22, just a few weeks after we got this thing, tragedy struck in the form of a microburst. Not really tragedy in the grand scheme of things of course, but the better part of a tree ended up wanting a go on the trampoline too! I guess it got tired of watching and wanted a turn. This was an insane storm, even by Kansas standards, which resulted in others' trampolines crushed like tinfoil all over the roads, a fire hydrant ripped out of the ground on our street, and a large round hay bale flying over a fence! Amazingly, we pulled the tree off to find a minimally injured trampoline! The frame was perfect, and not a single tear or snag in the jumping surface or netting! The only damage was that three of the netting poles got bent. I contacted the seller, who has bent over backwards to get us new poles. I mean, literally, they have provided the BEST customer service I have EVER experienced. So in summary, the trampoline is awesome. We were 5-star happy on day 1. And now, following its survival through that storm and resulting customer service to get it fixed, we're at like 10 stars! I've never been as happy with an Amazon purchase as I am this one! ... show more

  • We looked long and hard for a good quality, affordable trampoline
We finally settled on this product, held our breath, and bought it. That was on April 24th, 2019 and am writing this review nearly 3 YEARS after buying this trampoline. You can click on my ID and see that I do not write hardly any reviews on products, but this story had to be told. We had no idea at that time, but this product and this company - especially the customer service rep named Pearl - exceeded our expectations in every way. Our friends had bought other brands that were less expensive but they didn't last. This trampoline has provided untold hours of fun for my kids over 3 years, and has even survived being blown and tossed across 2 acres of land and into a highway during a near tornado level thunderstorm with hail and very high winds. It was damaged, but amazingly still intact. Ands that's where Pearl came in. About 3 or 4 weeks ago, I emailed the company through Amazon and told them what happened and Pearl responded back right away and said she was so sorry to hear what happened and would be happy to help me get the parts I needed to repair it. She sent me a parts diagram and I made my list. She then replied back and APOLOGIZED that they were going going to have to charge me for "some" of the parts I needed as their warranty didn't really cover damage by storms! Of course it didn't- whose warranty does? So I sent her the list - we needed some springs, new poles, foam insulation, and all the mounting hardware. Within 24 hrs Pearl replied back to me with the cost, again apologizing that they had to charge me. So I looked over the bill and my jaw just dropped--INCLUDING SHIPPING it came to....ready?....55.00. FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS....are you kidding me?? I couldn't take my family out to lunch for that. I will stop here and end just by saying that if this trampoline ever does finally die, I know where our next one is coming from. This product and this company have really gone above and beyond. Thank you again, Pearl - for everything you did and for the smiles that are now back on my kid's faces! ... show more

  • definitely a excellent quality trampoline definitely a excellent quality trampoline
UPDATE: 5-2-2026 South texas just had a very bad storm straight winds that was up to 105-120 mph winds, plus tornadoes. my house in the path of both and this trampoline survived. the poles are still standing not bent (mind you i try to find places in my yard where it’s not in direct path of winds by having things block the winds like sheds house but it was exposed to the winds). alittle wind damage to the net but not too bad. with all the trampolines i saw damaged from being blow away. this is why i preach to anyone ANCHOR DOWN YOUR TRAMPOLINE!! it won’t go no where, take mine as an example. spend the extra $20 to get a good set of anchors and anchor it down. i bought this trampoline 9 months ago after finally updating my sons trampoline since the first one (different brand) didn’t even last a year and it’s still holding up great. no fading tearing nothing and i live in south texas where our summers are brutal and we have crazy random wind gust. the poles are holding up great they are sturdy and there’s no sun damage. it still looks like a brand new trampoline. if you see this comment and you’re questioning on what trampoline to buy, i definitely recommend buying this trampoline. do your research and if you come across this one GET IT. only down fall is putting this together it will definitely take 3 or more people to put the frame together, i promise you bc to put the frame together there’s no bolts to hold the frame while trying to building it. it all slides in together so everyone needs to hold it together and once you start installing the mat it pulls the frame together and holds it. ... show more

  • Great trampoline. Excellent customer support!
This is one of the few trampolines we found that could easily hold the weight of grown ups and teenagers alike. Our teenage sons have been loving the 15’ size. And the safety net is a great feature. One of the buckles that help to close the zippered access closed was cracked when we assembled it. But the customer support is excellent!! I got a reply to my email from Mandy at customer service in under 24 hours. She promptly shipped me a replacement which i received within a couple of days. She followed up with a tracking number when it shipped. And sent another follow up to confirm I had received the replacement. Very pleased with their customer service! We’ve only had the trampoline set up for a couple of weeks, but so far so good. It was easy and quick to assemble. And feels very sturdy. I’ll update the review if needed once we have had it in use for a while longer. But so far, very pleased! ... show more

  • Great Trampoline and Super Fun!
We got our trampoline today, and I put it together myself. It took me about an hour and a half, but it came together smoothly. This is a very good quality trampoline. My daughter, who is three, got on it and would not get off of it! She jumped on it for an hour. Needless to say, it was super easy to put her to bed tonight. A couple things that I was concerned about: 1. The enclosure is on the outside. My neighbors have a trampoline with the enclosure on the inside and the pad goes over it. They hate it. They said it constantly comes up. I was skeptical when I ordered this, but it has great reviews. Here is my take on it; it is a great quality pad. The pad secures to the hooks on the canvas of the trampoline and it's not going anywhere. After my daughter, wife, and then I jumped on it, the pad didn't move. My neighbors also agreed it is a better design. 2. Set up: It was not bad at all. It would be best to have two people, but you can do it by yourself if you are patient and good with your hands. 3. The Materials: Everything I see points to a higher quality trampoline. You aren't going to get something like a springless trampoline, but those are 10 times the price. 4. It's a 330 pound capacity, so will it be stiff? This thing is amazing. I am 6'4" and weigh 220. When I really get going, my waist is above the top of the safety net; you will get plenty of air. My wife, who is 5'4" and 120, had no issues with getting great height on the trampoline. 5. The weight capacity: The main reason why we went with this trampoline was the weight capacity. Do you know how hard it is to find a trampoline with a weight capacity over 220lbs?! Well, here it is. I didn't have any issues almost hitting the bottom or anything (that frequently happens to me when I jump on friends' trampolines. Most trampolines, 12 or 15 ft, are 220lb weight max. 6. Size. We got the 15ft trampoline. This thing is HUGE!!! If you are thinking about the 12 or the 15 footer, just pay the extra money and get the 15 ft one (assuming you have a big enough yard). You WON'T regret it! 7. Tools: This thing comes with everything you need to set it up, to include gloves. Overall, this thing is awesome. Much better than any other trampolines I've tried, minus the super expensive high end ones. For us and our house, this is perfect. Thanks!!!! ... show more

  • Amazing Customer Service Amazing Customer Service
Updated review: (Original review below) Customer service has been prompt, friendly, and very helpful. I learned this morning that they are planning to replace the trampoline for us. This is a huge relief, because a $700 toy was a bit of an investment and as first time trampoline owners, we had no idea that strong winds could pose the issue that they did, especially considering that we did stake the trampoline as instructed in the booklet. When the new trampoline arrives, we will place bags of sand over each leg of the trampoline to ensure that the wind issue doesn't happen again. I originally rated this 1 star because of the extreme and very unexpected situation, but I'm now changing my review to four stars. Will likely add a fifth when the replacement arrives. Original review: If I had reviewed this trampoline yesterday, I would have given it five stars. It was a Christmas gift for our children. It arrived on time and came well packaged. Because we live in NH, we waited until the snow was gone before setting it up. Our kids were SO excited when we finally were able to set it up two weekends ago. In the nine days they were able to use it, they LOVED it and played in it constantly. Set up went smoothly. We followed the instructions in the book and the tutorial from YouTube. My husband staked it in securely, we followed every safety recommendation. Today, during a wind storm (not a tornado, not a hurricane, just a bad wind storm), the wind PICKED up the 210 lb trampoline and carried it over 100 feet away, where it smashed into a bunch of trees. The “sturdy steel frame” is now incredibly mangled and broken. The trampoline is not salvageable. We are lucky that nobody was injured or killed, and that our neighbors property, where it landed, was not damaged. My husband and I are so upset. We spent almost $700 on this and got NINE days of use out of it before it got completely wrecked. Clearly, there needs to be a far sturdier way of staking this. If we had any idea this could happen, we could have placed bags of cement over the legs. I have reached out to the seller and am hoping they will replace this. Somebody could have been killed. Overall: Completely amazed by the customer service. I'm still reeling from the shock that a 200+ lb trampoline can essentially become a massive sail on a windy day, carrying steel rods and pipes hundreds of feet. I feel like this is important information that should be highlighted for owners, as the potential for property damage and injury are pretty significant when a 200 lb steel frame is picked up and whipped through the air. I hope and believe that putting 2 50lb sand bags on each leg will help ensure that this never happens again. The fact that the company has been responsive and helpful is a huge relief. The trampoline itself was simple to assemble and a ton of fun for our kids. I can't wait until our new one arrives and we can get them outside jumping again. Investing in a trampoline was something we hesitated to do for a long time, I am really glad that the company we purchased from is willing to stand behind their product and make things right in this crazy situation. ... show more

  • ORCC Stands Behind Their Product - Hours of Fun
It's been about three years now since I purchased this ORCC trampoline for our four young children. At the time the positive reviews and around quality and ORCC's customer service stood out among various trampoline options. Over the past three years we've literally jumped on the trampoline more nice weather days than not. We've enjoyed hours and hours of fun and I've often remarked to neighbors and friends that it's been the best money we've ever spent on our kids entertainment. After so much use, (and leaving the trampoline out in the sun, rain and snow), over the past three years, it's shown signs of wear. The net zipper broke early on. The net became worn and began pulling away from the poles. After about two years the spring cover, which is something like a foam-filled blue tarp-like material began fraying and disintegrating. Recalling the positive reviews from years ago when buying the tramp, I looked up my original Amazon purchase and messaged ORCC. I was beyond pleased when Lan from ORCC got right back with me and let me know that parts for our trampoline were still available. Even though it is now out of warranty, ORCC worked with me to get us the parts we needed to refurbish the trampoline like new. My kids are thrilled and it was a much better solution than having to replace the entire trampoline or look for 3rd party parts that might or might not fit. I'd certainly recommend this trampoline and any ORCC product if you're considering something for your family. It's been hours of fun and a good value. The customer service really just puts it over the top! Thanks Lan! ... show more

  • Our greatest purchase of 2021!!!
With the exception of getting the foam on the poles and then into the sleeves, they got this put together fairly quickly. They ended up duct taping around the bottom of the foam so that it didn’t ride down the arm, before shoving it into the sleeves. The ladder that came with this is really a good one! Not shown is the tarp that you can put over the trampoline during rainstorms or when you’re not using it for a while, to protect it from the elements. There’s also a pad that goes around the ladder were you can leave your shoes while you are on the trampoline. The video shows two of my boys, GROWN MEN, bouncing around on our granddaughter’s trampoline! We’ve had all kinds of people on it, from grown-ups to kids. Everybody has really enjoyed it and, as you can see, this thing is incredibly sturdy! We did buy the Eurmax Trampoline Steaks, Heavy Duty ($46.25) for added protection during windy storms. They are basically corkscrew steaks that go into the ground with a strap that wraps around the bars. They’re much more sturdy than the ones that came with the trampoline. I highly recommend this trampoline!! With us home a lot more, this is the perfect thing for the backyard!! ... show more
