When I reached out to support, they were remarkably responsive and helpful. New parts are already on the way and we can't wait. The trampoline was a my 10 year old's birthday gift. Assembly was a breeze, there were spots where it was recommended that 2 people were needed. My daughter was more than able to help with the assembly. As for function, as described, and the joy on her face as she got to test it through the various stages of assembly and naturally to see her use it. Overall, I think that the directions were good, not great, good. It came with all the needed tools, but I did end up using my own. It seems to be a really well made product. Of note, pay close attention to all the safety and warnings during assembly, it's there to keep your kids safe, we took no short cuts make absolutely certain our kids, friends and cousins could use it with out risk of injury. I also strongly recommend pre-reading all of the assembly instructions. Assembly when you look at it appears very simple, but there are a few details that came back to bite us at the end causing us to do a partial disassembly and re-assembly.

We spent a LOT of time researching trampolines before deciding on this one. It was expensive, but I was sold on its safety reviews and the fact that the weight limit is a little higher (my girls are in middle school). My daughters were determined to have a really bouncy trampoline and this one definitely is! It has great bounce and was not terrible to put together. We put it together one afternoon and it only took a few hours. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is the netting system around it. You have to thread the rope through the bottom and basically sew it to the trampoline. The rope that it came with did not hold up well and frayed after only a month or two so that we had to redo it. We contacted the seller and they did respond quickly and sent us 2 new ropes. We are mostly happy with our purchase!

I've only had this up for a couple of days, but the frame looks and feels built to last and the assemble was very easy. The hardest part was the early stages of springing the net where I couldn't count to 24. :D The attachment of the net to the jump-pad is tedious, but don't overthink it, just make sure it's tight. My only complaint (and I won't drop a star for this) is that the "wind stakes" are a joke. I ponied up the $35 or so for a set of screw-a-foot-into-the-ground stakes & straps to secure this to my lawn so it wouldn't end up in the side of my house or in my neighbor's yard. If this review is up, I've continued to be 5-star impressed over time. If something breaks or goes wrong, I'll update with date and adjust the rating accordingly.

Update: 5/13/2020 Added the additional photos. When sewing the net a little bit of tape at the end of the rope helps alot! We ordered this a couple of weeks ago to help our almost 5 yr old get some exercise and burn off some energey since we've been social distancing due to covid-19. The trampoline is great. Works as its suppose to. The framework is solid craftsmanship and the matt is a great quality. I love the ladder and the matt, the ladder is very sturdy. The net was a total pain in the behind to put on but is VERY secure and safe. You basically have to sew it on and since our holes didn't line up properly (-1*) it took me a few extra hours just to attach it fully. I have pictures to show what I mean when Amazon allows photos again. My husband and I got the rest of the trampoline put together in around an hour to an hour and a half. Overall its a great trampoline and I can see us enjoying it for years to come.
