The media could not be loaded. This is my second 15' trampoline that I have had in the last 5 years. The first one had a 275 LBS weight limit and I wanted a sturdier one this time around for safety reasons. So I purchased the ORCC mainely because of the high weight limit and the great reviews I saw on Amazon. I also liked the fact that it came with a cover, ladder, and wind anchors. Unfortunately, I am not completely satisfied with the product. The trampoline is sturdy and the additional items I discussed are great, but the net design is absolutely terrible. 1- the net poles are not sturdy and tend to lean. 2- the net has to be braided into the spring attachments during assembly which is an absolutely horrible experience and takes a long time. 3- the plastic net attachments at the top of the poles are cheap and come off easily. 4- the net itself has straps that tend to come loose and that means the net will overtake the inside of the trampoline over time. I should add that the net already sags into the trampoline as you can see in the pictures I provided. In conclusion, the netting is absolutely terrible and I wish I would have purchased a different trampoline to be honest (I would have been happy to may a little more for better quality), but I will make it work. I am thinking about purchasing a different manufactures netting kit in the future because i don't think I can live with my children constantly complaining about the net that is provided with this trampoline. Updated- I have lowered from 4 stars to 3 stars because the hardware has now failed on one net pole and the net poles are leaning even more than before. In addition, it looks like the net is starting to rip and the trampoline is less than a month old! ... show more

    • Worth it to spend a little more on a trampoline

After reviewing many different brands we ended up getting the ORCC 15ft Trampoline. Very detailed instructions, took 2 of us about 2 hours to put together. The main selling point for me on this trampoline is the weight limit. Most only have a 200lb weight limit and this has 350lbs. As a dad I am now able to jump on the trampoline with me kids at night. Purchased this for my sons birthday. The kids couldn’t wait for an “adult” to assemble so we had to contact ORCC for assistance with replacing some top frame rails which ORCC did graciously at no charge to me. (I get the feeling we aren’t the first family to have an assembly mishap bc this was clearly our fault and ORCC was really good to us about it). What I do recommend is the separate purchase of a heavy duty spring puller. ORCC does supply two pullers with gloves but with 108 heavy duty springs, having a better tool can save a lot of anguish. We purchased the Motion Pro Heavy Duty Spring Puller. So the kids have been jumping away. I would recommend always making sure the cover is in place when not in use to avoid damaging the jumping mat from the natural elements. But everyone including me loves it. Adult supervision is required so if you don’t feel like sitting jumpside for hours actively supervising, this may not be for you. I recommend this product to anyone fully aware of the risks associated with trampolines and who is able to manage and supervise people on this trampoline. It’s a great size at 15’. Allows for good space to jump on the mat with room for error. Kids get good height and good bounce on it. This unit brings all of the supplies to at least provide an educated bouncer with a defense system while providing a good bounce time. We are keeping it and enjoying it. The trampoline was very easy to assemble with 2 people. 1.5 hours to assemble. The customer service is the best I have ever worked with. Due to a terrible storm, a huge branch fell RIGHT on our brand new trampoline & essentially obliterated it. I contacted customer service about getting replacement parts & they got back to me within hours. And they replaced the broken pieces & continued to update me with shipping/tracking information. My order was partially delivered missing 2 of the 3 boxes. I contacted the supplier and Pearl was so kind in responding so quickly. She offered to send 2 replacement boxes out and we got them in time to set up the trampoline in time for Christmas. The trampoline was very easy to set up by one person. We had bad weather so we set it up in a 2 car garage! My granddaughter got to see it in Christmas morning. We moved it outside Christmas Day and added the netting around it. It was the perfect gift for the whole family to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this trampoline for family fun.     • The good: Steel tubing is sturdy

The good: Steel tubing is sturdy, trampoline surface seems sturdy with good stitching, extra springs compared to similar sized trampolines, seems larger than our last 15' trampoline, safety netting seems like it will hold up well. I believe that is can hold a higher weight limit than other trampolines. The bad: Same problems as other trampolines: Cheap foam on the vertical tubing that supports the net, elastic ties on the spring pad that won't last long, tube steps on the ladder doesn't go well with bare feet, less-than-wonderful instructions (same as other trampolines to construct, but if you haven't built one before watch a youtube video - especially on stringing the bottom of the safety net). I was bummed at first that the net support tubing is only every other post rather than every post as shown in the picture. Didn't end up being a big deal in the end, but felt the picture is misleading. All in all I'd buy it again. More sturdy than a comparable walmart offering as far as tubing, safety net, springs. We buy a new one every 4-5 years, so I think it will survive that window. ... show more
