I love this trampoline! We've had 3 trampolines over the past 25 years but I like the design of this one best. The curved safety poles and the quality of the jumping mat provide for a better experience. I have a 6'4" 260 pound grandson that had a grand old time jumping on this trampoline! Customer support is outstanding! The grandchildren had so much fun with this but I did not realize they were pulling on the poles to get in and out of the zippered net. They managed to bend a few of them and customer support sent replacements out quickly! They actually hunted me down because their response landed in my junk email box. The instructions were clear and my daughter and grandson were able to set it up within 2 hours.

Really nice 16' trampoline! Assembly was straightforward with the included T-hooks for the springs, and the gloves were a thoughtful touch—kept our hands clean while handling the metal frame. The safety net is smooth mesh and keeps kids’ fingers and toes from getting caught. Attaching it to the trampoline mat is a bit tedious, and the string could be longer for a tighter fit. Also, definitely use the included stakes—without them, the trampoline can shift in strong winds. Overall, a solid product with only a couple of minor drawbacks.

Had deliberated for several months back and forth before choosing a trampoline. This was a great purchase. Easy enough to assemble with clear directions. It is the full 16ft it delivers so make sure to size out your flat area. I had to dig into the side of the hill a bit on one end and use sandbags then leveling blocks on one of the lower end, it's holding up great, and the safety net is taut, strong and can actually catch an 240lb adult with the curved spring design(not routinely recommended). Weight capacity is as good or better than promised 4 kids and 2 adults with no issue, have had up to 8 kids on here though have to remind them it's not a battle dome as they get too comfortable bouncing off sides and each other. Frame is sturdy and thick, tramp mat and safety net are sturdy, and the basket ball hoop uses slip tension belts so the worst the kids can do is pull it down some and i just retighten, and easy as pie to reposition between any two poles you want. The biggest warning like any trampoline is all on the assembly. I had no issues as I made sure base ring was stable then loaded opposing springs in 4 quadrant then in opposing star pattern until set. If I was going to move this with less than 4 people I would recommend disassembly which would also be pretty easy based on design. Also fun for adults, I haven't used the sprinkler function as I'm well aware trampolines already keep kids orthopedics in business and worry that would increase the risk (did fall training with the kids first which was useful as they were more comfortable falling on here than martial arts mats). Great quality and value for money

We purchase the ORCC 15FT trampoline 7 months ago. I had researched painstakingly for months prior to the purchase, trying to comb through reviews and figuring out which one was going to be the best bang for our buck. I am very happy we went with this one and have zero issues or gripes. It has held up wonderfully so far. We have 5 kids under 13, then you throw in the random 2-3 neighbor kids or cousins that come over...it has definitely seen some use! I am not going to try and sound technical or get into specifics that you can find in the product description, but I will say the things that I personally like about it compared to others that I have seen either online or that friends / family have. First, it does seem to have a firmer bounce than other trampolines, perhaps due to the extra springs. I don't see this as a negative, and actually find that my kids are less likely to get thrown all over the place like on looser trampolines when they are bouncing together (I know, I know...only 1 person at a time lol). My kids still get plenty of air when jumping, and obviously the older ones get more than the younger, but there have not been any issues of not being able to flip or do handsprings, etc because it is too stiff. Second, I am a HUGE fan of the netting going on the outside of the springs / spring cover. It literally adds that much more space inside the trampoline (apx 1 ft), making it feel much roomier than other trampolines. When the kids are playing, often they will have one at a time doing a "routine" while the others watch. They can simply sit on the blue spring cover and are basically out of the way, instead of having to sit on the side of the jumping mat when the netting is inside the springs / spring cover, making it more crowded (remember, there are 5 of them). Third, as far as "eyesores-we-deal-with-for-our-kids", this one isn't bad. Many of the poles on other trampolines are curved at the top and the netting kind of hangs awkwardly down toward the frame. That really bothers me. A lot. This one is sleek and clean looking. the poles are nice and straight, the netting is a great fit straight down and the overall look of it is much nicer than many I looked at. I would say that my only wish would be that the pole cover fabric (not netting which is black) would be offered in something more subtle that would blend in with the landscaping - bright blue kind of screams for attention. I am not sure if there are specific reasons why blue seems to be a color of choice of many trampolines, but black, grey, or dark green would be a nice option to offer (for the spring cover fabric as well actually) for those of us trying to keep life nice-looking with kids things taking over our lives. ISSUES: Not many really. It was a beast for us to put together only because we created a space for it on a hill and had to level the ground. If we started on a flat surface, I think anyone with some common sense who has assembled anything before would be able to do fine. I don't remember the instructions at this point, but I feel like they were not the best, thus the need for common sense. The netting is tricky for sure, because you have to get the pole covers over foam and those 2 things don't want to play nicely together at all. I am not sure if there could be improvement with the materials / design here, but we basically ended up using heavy duty tape to secure the foam to the poles at the bottom so they wouldn't slide up at all, and then we shimmied the fabric on much like you would pull up a pair of nylons / tights (a little at a time.) After doing one post and deciding to secure the foam with tape, we found the others to go much quicker. Lastly, I would say that it is incredibly sturdy, however, I also must add that we do have 3 of the legs buried in the ground about 1 ft (our leveling issues actually paid off here lol) as well as stakes holding on the other 3. I cannot speak to how sturdy it would be if it were just on the ground, but with it being partially buried like we have it, this thing barely moves when multiple kids are jumping or running around it like crazy. I am incredibly happy with this purchase and I feel like we absolutely got a great quality product that didn't break the bank, which makes it even better!

This company is absolutely amazing! Something happened and one of the side supports warped. The company immediately shipped us a brand new upgraded model with sturdier supports, and a much better pad to cover the springs we could not be happier about our experience.!! Received the product and had absolutely no issues assembling it. The key is reading the instructions from cover to cover. If you don’t, you will assemble it incorrectly and you’ll have to start all over again. It only took us two hours and 20 minutes to assemble with one mom and two teenagers. However, we’re only giving it a two star review as after only having it for 42 days the entire right side of the product became warped. We’re not sure how this happened but we’ve asked the company to send us two new pieces to the right side of the trampoline. We’re hoping that we can quickly replace that by disassembling just that section. Hopefully they reach out and make it right for us. This was given to our daughter for her birthday and she’s absolutely loved it since the day it arrived I can hardly pull them off of it.
