Had deliberated for several months back and forth before choosing a trampoline. This was a great purchase. Easy enough to assemble with clear directions. It is the full 16ft it delivers so make sure to size out your flat area. I had to dig into the side of the hill a bit on one end and use sandbags then leveling blocks on one of the lower end, it's holding up great, and the safety net is taut, strong and can actually catch an 240lb adult with the curved spring design(not routinely recommended). Weight capacity is as good or better than promised 4 kids and 2 adults with no issue, have had up to 8 kids on here though have to remind them it's not a battle dome as they get too comfortable bouncing off sides and each other. Frame is sturdy and thick, tramp mat and safety net are sturdy, and the basket ball hoop uses slip tension belts so the worst the kids can do is pull it down some and i just retighten, and easy as pie to reposition between any two poles you want. The biggest warning like any trampoline is all on the assembly. I had no issues as I made sure base ring was stable then loaded opposing springs in 4 quadrant then in opposing star pattern until set. If I was going to move this with less than 4 people I would recommend disassembly which would also be pretty easy based on design. Also fun for adults, I haven't used the sprinkler function as I'm well aware trampolines already keep kids orthopedics in business and worry that would increase the risk (did fall training with the kids first which was useful as they were more comfortable falling on here than martial arts mats). I don't often purchase large, heavy items online due to concerns with shipping and product damage. Prior to purchasing this trampoline, I read reviews for dozens of others, and I chose this one due to others commenting on ORCC's customer service. I'm glad I made that choice, as I did have an issue with 1 part during assembly, but Donna and the customer service team at ORCC quickly resolved the concern. Now the trampoline is assembled, incredibly sturdy, and appears safe, well built, and durable enough for the kids to enjoy for many years to come!

Let me start by saying the quality of the trampoline frame itself is decent and comparable to the 15ft model we previously owned (purchased at a local box store). But everything else about this purchase has been a massive headache. First, this ships in two separate 90lb boxes—from two different locations. They don’t arrive together, so if you’re expecting to assemble this quickly, forget it. Our first box was returned because it was so poorly packaged that the FedEx driver said parts were rolling around inside her truck and refused delivery. That set us back an entire week just waiting for the replacement. When both boxes finally arrived, assembly took over 2.5 hours, largely because the instructions were vague at best. But the real kicker? The net was missing the nylon strap that connects to the upper poles. You know, the last step of assembly. After all that effort, we couldn’t even finish the setup. Customer service is a joke—no phone number, only messaging through Amazon, and they take a full 24 hours to respond, even if you reply right away. Their solution? Send another net (which will probably take another week), and no offer to assist with reinstalling it, meaning I’ll have to spend another hour taking apart and redoing everything myself. This trampoline also has a design flaw that exists in all trampolines like this. None of these companies reinforce the net holes with a brass ring, so eventually the netting will tear away from the base. Bottom line: If you want to avoid delays, missing parts, and wasting hours of your time dealing with useless customer service, buy your trampoline from a local big box store where you can actually see what you’re getting and return it if it’s defective. Would not go through this nonsense again.

Had this trampoline less than a month and purchased due to its heavy duty weight capacity. Had 2 kids jumping on it today (total of 120lbs) and the main circular support bracket snapped in half. Reached out to customer support and they quickly remedied and set me replacement parts. They were quick to respond and also followed up to ensure I received new parts.
