The trampoline is of the highest quality and durability I have seen. Phenomenal product and they clearly put safety first when designing it. My 7 and 9 year old boys can’t get enough of it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TRAMPOLINE! We had one issue with one of the supporting posts due to our own fault (one of my boys continually hanging on the netting which ultimately bent one of the supporting posts. I reached out to customer service where I dealt with Doria. They made this so easy for by sending the parts diagram to ensure that the correct part was sent to me. The best part, they did not even charge me for the cost of the replacement part which was clearly not their fault. The experience was amazing and painless and Doria was phenomenal, kept me up to date on the status of the replacement and continually check in to see if there was anything else she could help with. Couldn’t be more thankful and EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE!

The media could not be loaded. Good quality, easy to assemble, foam cover poles for extra safety, I got a 15ft size and it was perfect for my 9yr old and her friends. Overall we love it. I also want to mention the GREAT customer service they have. Very professional, attentive and communicative, specially miss Martina who helped throughout the process on getting replacement parts. About two hours to build. Definitely easier for two people to build than one. It is great and easily holds half a dozen children, although our home insurance restricts is to one at a time. Although tasted for up to 400 pounds, it stains under my 200, so not ideal for adults.

We got the 15'. It is sturdy, stable, roomy, and the curved safety net bars ad protection for the children. Our girls LOVE love love it. The four year old assembled it with Grandpa. She carried poles and 'helped' with bolts and screws. She refused to put shoes on because she wanted to be ready to jump as soon as the bars and net were up. All the parts were packed and well labeled - nothing missing. Note: threading the bottom of the net is very tedious. We had all assembled within 3 1/2 hours (except threading the netting base).

So far so good after 3 months. Good quality for the price. This is shipped in 2 fairly heavy packages. Mine arrived in good shape with no parts missing. Assembly was pretty straightforward. I could have done it myself, but you’ll save yourself a lot of time (and probably frustration) with a helper. I’ve had trampolines before and after a few years in the sun, the padding that goes over the springs usually starts disintegrating. The cover on this trampoline looks to be of similar quality and material, so I’m not expecting it to last forever—and I’m ok with that, replacements are pretty cheap. My only gripe has to do with installing the safety netting. What a pain in the keester! If you follow the lacing pattern shown in the instructions, I don’t think it can be done. I had to go back and undo things a couple of times (lots of fun when you’re doing this Christmas Day in freezing drizzle with numb fingers). I HIGHLY recommend cutting the lacing string in four pieces and working on one quarter at a time. This will make it a lot easier to make adjustments as you go and, if you need to backtrack, you won’t have as much to redo.
