This trampoline (15ft) arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. I assembled it with my 8 year old, 7 year old, and 4 year old in an afternoon. It is very sturdy and the net on the inside of the springs is about as safe as you can get. The trampoline keeps my kids outside and exercising. This was something I purchased to keep them busy during the pandemic. They can’t wait to jump any chance they get. Unfortunately, the day after we assembled this, my 3 beagles climbed the ladder and chewed up the pad covering the springs as well as a few of the blue noodles covering the outside frame. This was obviously our issue, and I contacted the seller to see about purchasing replacement parts. The seller returned my messages immediately. Jenna was polite and helpful. She mailed us the replacement parts right away valued at $140 for free! Needless to say, I took the ladder off, and now the dogs are unable to tear up the trampoline, and the kids are still able to climb up to jump without it. I highly recommend this trampoline as well as buying from this seller for the incredible customer service.

Update: 2 years later and the bolts holding up the net bent and busted. I contacted to company to order replacements, fully intending on paying for them. The seller was kind, very responsive, and sent the replacements to us free of charge! Made a great decision 2 years ago to purchase this awesome trampoline that the kids still use on a daily basis. You can’t beat the customer service. I bought the 15 foot trampoline for my kids (age 14 and 11) and they love it! It took my husband and kids about 2.5 hours to set up. I've heard horror stories about how hard trampolines are to set up, but this one was very easy! It came in 3 boxes. It included gloves and 2 spring key tools to make putting the springs on a piece of cake. My kids LOVE it. Highly recommend.

We ordered this trampoline for my kids. We were aware that it was being shipped in 3 separate boxes. When we recieved the shipping notification we tracked all the boxes but the third one somehow turned up missing. I messaged the seller and the response was quick and the resolution even quicker. Not only did they reship the missing box, they even tracked it for me and kept me up to date via email. They were very attentive and wanted to make sure that their customer was happy. I wish more companies had customer service like this. Top notch and I highly recommend. Also, the trampoline is great. Sturdy and easy to set up. The directions are clearly written with pictures for reference. Only took about an hour and half to set up from start to finish. My kids love it!

The good: Steel tubing is sturdy, trampoline surface seems sturdy with good stitching, extra springs compared to similar sized trampolines, seems larger than our last 15' trampoline, safety netting seems like it will hold up well. I believe that is can hold a higher weight limit than other trampolines. The bad: Same problems as other trampolines: Cheap foam on the vertical tubing that supports the net, elastic ties on the spring pad that won't last long, tube steps on the ladder doesn't go well with bare feet, less-than-wonderful instructions (same as other trampolines to construct, but if you haven't built one before watch a youtube video - especially on stringing the bottom of the safety net). I was bummed at first that the net support tubing is only every other post rather than every post as shown in the picture. Didn't end up being a big deal in the end, but felt the picture is misleading. All in all I'd buy it again. More sturdy than a comparable walmart offering as far as tubing, safety net, springs. We buy a new one every 4-5 years, so I think it will survive that window.

This was a Christmas gift for our daughter. It looks even better than the picture and was assembled in just a few hours. We also purchased a basketball goal to add to it and this was the perfect thing to make it complete. I highly recommend this trampoline and would definitely purchase again, but I won’t be purchasing from this seller again because of the way the packages arrived and the horrible customer service. We did not receive all three boxes on the same day which made it impossible to have this a Christmas morning surprise already put together. One of the boxes was lost by FedEx and the seller was not helpful in locating the box. We finally received it several days later with the extensive help from FedEx alone.

Great trampoline for kids! We bought it since we are on a stay at home order due to the corona virus. It was bigger than I thought it would be, and took less time to build than was predicted. My husband didn’t even need me and was able to put it together by himself. The most time consuming thing was weaving the rope through the mesh. So far the kids have loved it! It’s nice that the weight limit is higher than most backyard trampolines. The kids have been playing on it nonstop, and this has helped them stay outside longer as well as wear themselves out.

Purchased this for my sons birthday. The kids couldn’t wait for an “adult” to assemble so we had to contact ORCC for assistance with replacing some top frame rails which ORCC did graciously at no charge to me. (I get the feeling we aren’t the first family to have an assembly mishap bc this was clearly our fault and ORCC was really good to us about it). What I do recommend is the separate purchase of a heavy duty spring puller. ORCC does supply two pullers with gloves but with 108 heavy duty springs, having a better tool can save a lot of anguish. We purchased the Motion Pro Heavy Duty Spring Puller. So the kids have been jumping away. I would recommend always making sure the cover is in place when not in use to avoid damaging the jumping mat from the natural elements. But everyone including me loves it. Adult supervision is required so if you don’t feel like sitting jumpside for hours actively supervising, this may not be for you. I recommend this product to anyone fully aware of the risks associated with trampolines and who is able to manage and supervise people on this trampoline. It’s a great size at 15’. Allows for good space to jump on the mat with room for error. Kids get good height and good bounce on it. This unit brings all of the supplies to at least provide an educated bouncer with a defense system while providing a good bounce time. We are keeping it and enjoying it.
