I prefer a cream cleanser since i hate the feeling of tight or stripped skin. This worked well even though it lathers well. Usually I find lather stripping but this wasn't.

I am very careful with what I put on my face. For most of my life the skin on my face has been between medium and oily, but I am starting to notice dry patches. I have hardly ever used soap on my face, usually just water, so I thought I would try a face wash that is natural and gentle on my skin hoping that would start to correct things. One of the biggest selling points of this face wash is that it's made in Japan and they are one of the leaders in skincare. So far I am happy with the result of this product. It is very easy to use, just wet your face with warm water, put a dime size amount in your hand and mix some water in for it to lather up. Now I never got this wash to lather up like they show in the pictures, but it was good enough to get my face clean. If I used like a nickel or quarter size amount then that would probably really lather up. After I use it, my skin feels really clean, and I have noticed parts of my face are not as dry as they were, so I think this is working as a moisturizer. There is no smell to it either, so that's a good as well. There is no description of what is in it on the bottle. The sticker on it is in English and it is pasted over the Japanese description underneath. Maybe the original Japanese text has the ingredients, but not the English text. So you will have to look on the product page to see what's in this wash. So far this is working for me, so I can recommend it as a good simple to use face wash. I hope the more I wash with it the better my skin will look and hopefully more hydrated.

I use this face wash every day when I wake up, and I love it, it's so foamy and I like the feeling, it refresh my face and I feel awake. It moisturizes my face and it feels soft after using it. My face feels cleaner and hydrated than before, i have a convination skin and this face wash helps me to maintain a balanced skin. Has a delicious mild scent that won't hurt my skin or make me break out. Totally worth the price!

The ORBIS U Face Wash cleans my face well without leaving it tight and dry. I usually lather it up in my hands with water to create a dense foam before applying to my face.
