LOVE these workout shorts. They are stretchy, comfy, and high waisted. They definitely bring definition to my booty- nice to feel confident while you’re in the gym! There are some cons to these lovely shorts though: 1. They roll when I’m doing weight training. I have really thick thighs so maybe that’s why? 2. One of the cinching bands snapped in my all gray pair and they look SO weird now when I wear them. I got these for postpartum wear because they looked high waist with tummy control. The high waist is pretty good and the top part has decent compression, but the lower tummy control is not as good as I hoped for

Easily my favorite pairs of shorts that I own. I’m a thicc girl and these are so comfy. They don’t feel restricting at all. I also appreciate the length that they are because my thighs don’t chafe when I wear them. Probably gonna buy more.

I have a large behind naturally, but these shorts make it look great. Do not dry these shorts. The green shorts compared to the blue are after I accidentally dried the green and the blue air dried. First off let me say that I am an active gym goer and frequently wear these exact shorts while lifting heavy and sweating. They do not ride up to the bottom of my booth cheeks. The material does not fade or is see through no matter how many times you run the shorts through the wash. I also love these shorts because the butt scrunch stitching is stronger than any other shorts I seen on here. The others usually get torn in the wash or getting pulled too much causing a hole right in the butt but these do not. Highly recommend to spend your money on these quality shorts. ... show more

For a better “lift” and tightness on the tummy I recommend sizing down. Very loose in some areas. I wish I would have gotten smalls instead of medium and I am 5’4 145lbs
