I was really excited for this lunch bag based on all the great reviews. I immediately opened up the packaging when it arrived to check it out. At first glance, it looked lopsided and deflated, the walls of the bag had collapsed. I figured it was because they had to fold it down to ship and that it would eventually stand upright once the folds were smoothed out. No biggie. I tried to zip it shut and noticed that the zipper was really light weight and felt really cheap. I make the first turn around the edge and the zipper got stuck. Maybe it was caught on something? I look inside the bag and notice that the lining was sticking up near the zipper, so I pushed it down and the zipper came around. So far, nothing I cant deal with. I unzip it and inspect the inside of the bag and that's when I noticed that every time I tried to square out the interior, that the wall would collapse and the zipper teeth would cave inward. After further inspection, i noticed that the liner was sewn into the tape of the zipper. Other issues I noticed were the mesh bottle holders. They didnt seem sturdy enough to hold a full water bottle. I rarely return items since most of the time, they do their job. This one, not so much. I was really disappointed.

At first, I loved this lunch bag/cooler! Big enough for several bottles of water, and lunch, utensils, snacks, etc. with mesh side pockets and all. I bought this bag on 9/21/19 originally for my middle-school-aged son, but it was a little big for his liking. So, I kept it for me. I currently work part-time and drive in a car a few times a week - this means the cooler gets set into the floorboard of the vehicle where it stays all day - no jostling about other than into the car for work, and out of the car and into my vehicle to come home. Today, I'm looking at the corner of the bag and it is COMING UNSTITCHED ALREADY! WHAT?!?! The return window JUST closed on 10/21/19 so now I'm disappointed AND stuck with a BARELY used bag that is already falling apart. SO - buy at your own risk - if you do - don't use the bag or it WILL fall apart. :(

This lunch box is actually pretty good for a under $15 lunch box. I use it with a few ice packs to take my lunch to work. It keeps my lunch cold until I need to eat it before lunch. The insulation seems to be quite thick for such a budget friendly lunch bag. It's large enough to hold the conventional glass meal prep container with ice packs inside and a little extra room for some snack containers. The only complaint I have is the stitching could be a little better on the outside. It looks a little poor but hasn't become undone yet. Great purchase.

I absolutely love this lunch box. It has plenty if room and keeps everything cold. I had hoped that the mesh pockets on the outside would steer h to accommodate a sports bottle, but they are a little small. A standard water bottle fits fine. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This tiny bag was unimpressive looking when it arrived - It was in a clear plastic bag. Because it was so thin I was disappointed and almost tossed it out. Glad I gave it a try - this is one mean thermal bag. Don't be fooled by size like I was, thicker is not always better. Not sure what they made it out of but works much better than many name brand ones much thicker. Great opportunity, glad I tried it.

I purchased this lunch box in 2018, and it still looks brand new. I have dropped this, spilled beer and soda in/on it, and use it every day. I have accidentally broken a few glass bottles in this and rinsed the inside and out side off later in the day after, and it came right out. There were no tears, nor a bad smell. I also purchased a silverware pack to go in the front pocket and it fits perfectly. I typically pack a large lunch for my fiancee and i, and the thermal inside keeps the contents cold. Highly recommend!
