THE GOOD: I love love the Watermelon flavor, it’s so refreshing in a big glass of cold water. I use my handheld frother to mix it well, then add more water. I sometimes drink it throughout the day in order to get more water intake because water alone is just boring for me. Unlike some reviewers, I do not get a noticeable spike of energy out of it, but I’m sure it’s helping my gym workout, and my walk or run. THE BAD: It contains Sucralose and artificial sweeteners and everyone knows these are very bad for you. They are even said to contribute to cancer. If they could just change this to Stevia as a sweetener, we would all feel much better. The container is way taller than the amount of product inside, but if the container were shorter, the scoop wouldn’t fit, right? The flavor (I get grape) is great and it does the job! With even one scoop, I get a little boost. With two scoops, I get a great workout in. The flavor is ok but I wish the purple or green apple flavors didn’t have nasty synthetic dyes. This is the only flavor they make without synthetic dyes which have been proven to have adverse effects on the brain. Hopefully we see other flavors come out without those added. I like that you have options for the amount of caffeine. As in one scoop is only 50mg. I work as a nurse and like to take this on shifts with me for caffeine when I don’t want an energy drink with 200+mg of caffeine. I also use 3-4 scoops when I take it as a pre workout
