I ordered this based on the reviews and was hoping it would help with my peeling nails I've been dealing with for the past year or so. After putting it on my nails I was blown away. They looked great and felt nice and hard. I followed the chart and applied every other day for a week. After that it does start to peel and you're supposed to remove it, which I did, to the horror of my nails looking exactly the same. I was completely bummed and figured it was just another product that didn't work. I figured I had paid for it though so I might as well just continue to use it. After each week I would remove it to the same results. It wasn't until this last application, about a month of total use, that upon removal my nails finally look better!! They aren't peeling and they do feel tougher and look overall better. So this definitely does work, you just have to stick with it.

So I bought this recently because I was going to the nail salon. And the salon ended up damaging my nails and it made them very thin. So I decided to regrow my nails at home and use this product in between simple gels that I was using at home. Was not disappointed. It really helped my nails and I like how it made it look like a clearcoat on my nails. I’m planning on buying the other Type which is for strengthening. Since now that my nails do not peel.

I tried the sensitive and peeling formula because it’s the formaldehyde free formula. I really like it and it’s a pretty strong product. It almost forms like a rubber layer. I accidentally jammed my finger and my nail bent and you can see the damage underneath but the top coat didn’t crack at all. Jammed it really hard too so I was impressed through the pain lol. Good product, I’d recommend. I’ve used it a week and did not experience any bubbling or uneven coats like others said. I think it just depends on your application skills.

My nails peel due to the occasional gel or dip powder manicure (as in, once every three months), so I thought this might help them recover after removal. Unfortunately, I'm a nurse, so I wash my hands quite frequently throughout the day. By the end of my shift, the polish chips off at my fingertips, and lifts at my cuticles. I've gone so far as applying it everyday instead of every other day like the directions say, but it doesn't last that long before breaking down again. It does do a great job at protecting where my nails peel, at least while it lasts. So pretty much my strategy has been to apply everyday and remove and re-apply every fourth day, or when enough has chipped off that it makes the new layer look too uneven. In that way, it gives time for growth of healthy nails, while getting rid of the peeled sections when I cut them, while protecting the nail from peeling even more.

This product actually worked. My sister decided to get me a manicure last year, my first one ever with gel 2 week nail color. All of the things I had heard about manicures in the past were correct that your real nails are ruined afterwards. My nails started flaking and splitting and were so thin it was unbelievable and this went on for months. I could not grow them out, just barely touching the nail would make it break. I used to be able to turn a screw with my nails and now it felt like just touching them was causing them to break. I used the stuff just like it said and within 1 to 2 weeks my nails were back to the perfect healthy strong white color that they had always been.

I have splitty nails and I love nail polish strips - which can be a bad combo. I tried a few other products which just made things worse. Bought this - followed the directions - very clear 1 week process and my nails are much healthier with no splitting and less peeling.

My nails are always peeling at the tips, so I decided to try this nail strengthener. I followed the instructions (putting on two coats the first day, then one coat every other day, then removing it and starting the process over on the 7th day) for 3 weeks. First tip, don't shake the bottle! It causes air bubbles to fill the bottle, which then end up on your nails. The strengthener is very thick when you are putting it on, but it doesn't feel as thick once it is dry. However, it takes a long time to dry. You want to give yourself at least half an hour to let the strengthener completely dry when you are putting on 2 coats. With 1 coat, you still want about twenty minutes to dry. When you first put the strengthener on, it leaves your nails with a pretty shine. Unfortunately, the strengthener isn't like regular polish. It cracks and peels and flakes off very easily. By the end of the week, my nails were a mess of multiple layers of cracked and peeled polish. To be fair, I have three kids and a lot of housework. Someone who doesn't use their hands as much would probably have better results. It also took forever to get the strengthener off at the end of the week, which I found really annoying. By the end of week 3, my nails did feel stronger. However, they were still peeling at the tips (although not quite as much). So for me, it isn't worth putting that much time and effort into something that doesn't give even 80% results. I now use it as a base coat before putting on regular nail polish. It still helps to make my nail stronger, but my nails now look pretty at the end of the week.

I was skeptical. My nails have always just peeled. Bad. I couldn’t see how this would work. I mean I used regular polish all the time. What’s the difference? Well there is a difference and for the first time, my nailed aren’t just peeling like crazy! Use as directed and just keep them polished with this stuff as much as possible. It even dries fast. Then give it time. Give it a few months. You’ll definitely see a difference!
