I bought these signs for a last minute open house. They are smaller than advertised. They really measure 16x12 and the stakes they include are too small and flimsy. Some of my signs unfortunately fell over and we’re not very visible. I replaced the metal stakes with some from Home Depot and the y seem to stay in much better. Overall ok product. ... show more

The quality of the signs are great. It rained all day and there was no damage to the signs. GREAT JOB on that. I gave it 2 stars because even with using a dry erase marker, I have to literally SCRUB the writing off with cleaning products. If there's an easier way, let me know. And you should also add that in your description. I feel like just throwing these away. I'm too busy for this. ... show more
