Fantastic item for the price. I've taken this into the work and it has plenty of room for all of my stuffs. I actually use this as my "go-bag", for work and travel loaded into this bag. The straps are very comfortable on the shoulders with soft padding for extra cushion on your back. The pocket set up is great for keeping items separate and easily accessible. A USB port for battery packs which is a big plus for people like me who uses a lot of gadgets and do a lot of travelling is a big plus too for this bag. I'm 5'8" and 180lbs and have no problem getting the bag on my shoulders. The straps are comfortable and easily adjustable for all body types. This was a great bag in the begining for my 13 year old for school. Roomy, padded laptop compartment, lots of pockets& storage & deep side pockets for water bottle. But long not after a month the adjustable plastic clips on the shoulder straps broke. I had to have it replaced. The replacement process was easy. The replacement bag came back quick. The 2nd bag held up for about 2-3 months. Thankfully I got the extended warranty!! Both base straps on the shoulder straps broke! Like just snapped in half. My child had to carry the bag in arms all day. Buy the extended warranty if you buy this bag! ... show more

Bought this backpack as a spare, until my old one feel apart. Well the old one lasted way longer than I expected. So 3 weeks ago I took this one out of the closet. And after 3 weeks of use it started falling apart. I use yhis bag every day to carry a few things and my lunch. Unfortunately I bought this on October 31 2022 and im way past the return date. This backpack is prett awesome! It made traveling light so easy. It fits my Acer 17” laptop perfectly and the full open design makes airport security check smooth and fast. My favorite feature is the power bank connection - you plug your bank into the included usb cable, then plug your cable into the exterior port. It charges just as fast as plugging directly into your bank. It also has plenty of compartments and the anti-theft RFID security pocket fits my entire wallet. I don’t have to worry about anyone stealing my information when traveling. Last, but not least, it’s lightweight and my back doesn’t get hot because of the breathable material.
