OMG…Great pizza oven! The wood takes longer to cook excellent pizza… but it’s well worth it. The propane makes cooking fast and easy. We love ours!!

We are just wood (pecan) and charcoal, not propane, at 750 degrees, and this is the best pizza we have ever had. This is life-changing. We are using gluten-free Caputo flour with a little GF cornmeal, and homemade sauce with Mutti passata, and it tastes like it came from a brick oven pizza restaurant we used to love before the dark days of Celiac diagnosis. It's so good, it doesn't even taste GF! I can only imagine how amazing regular gluten-containing pizza dough would taste. We have had pizza every night since we got it. I'm sure we will take a break, but for now, it's pizza time!

At first I was skeptical as I’ve worked in larger kitchens with giant pizza ovens, but I decided to give this a try. It’s smaller than I was expecting and I have the option to use gas if I so choose but I stick with the fire burning aspect of this oven. I’ve used it quite a bit and if you know how to build a fire and keep a fire you can use this oven. It is sturdy, and the only place that has changed color due to heat is where the fire actually is so that is to be expected. It is more stylish than I thought and I’ve been able to easily cook breads pizzas and calzones and Strombolis in this without any issue. Just have to make sure you get it hot enough inside which doesn’t take long, manage the air flow which is super easy and once it’s heated it actually cooks what you put in there in under a minute, naturally you can make it take as long as you wish if you know what you are doing with the fuel source.
