This dress is very comfortable for hot summer days. However the tiers of the skirt get wider and wider from the waist to the hem. On a windy day the skirt blows up like a balloon. I feel like I am wearing a hoop skirt like Scarlet O'Hara in Gone With the Wind. To avoid embarrassment, I wear lightweight shorts or pants under the dress. I just bought 3 of them. They are fabulous. The ones I have already are 6 years old and have been washed too many times to count. During this pandemic that is all I wear at home. You could actually go to the grocery store with this, I personally would not. The colors are bright. It is the kind of cotton that does not wrinkle and a good weight. Put it in the dryer and hang it up. I ordered the wrong size, a size smaller and it worked out. If you are short, just have it hemmed. I will buy these while they continue to exist. ... show more

    • Comfortable but made by people that did not care
I have had to sew seams several times since buying these dresses and both dresses. For the black one, the sewing was so horrible that I had to carefully unknot the thread to make it look right. The workmanship of the seamstress is some of the worse I have ever seen. In the Pink dress, the seams are pulling apart not from wear but because the ends unravel and then there is nothing to hold the seam together. the ends are supposed to be reinforced so they do not fray. That was not done on these garments. The one star is because of the quality or I should say the lack of quality workmanship on the garments. I bought two I love the comfort but I would never buy from this manufacturer again. and trust me I have made a note as to whom sewed the garments. Both garments have faded so badly after just a couple of washings, that they look 5 years old instead of a month old. ... show more
