These bulbs essentially turn a regular light socket into a high bay light. They are very bright. I like how you can angle the light exact how you like. My only issue with them is that you have to screw them in extremely tight before they light up. Almost like the base is just a millimeter too short. It is really not a problem as long as they can be removed without breaking. I just don't normally crank down bulbs like that. I have them installed in an open shed so they will be exposed to the elements, but can't get rained on. Hopefully they make it through the winter where we commonly have a lot of dew and frost. If they fail prematurely I will edit the review and add how long they last. Overall I recommend them. ... show more
