I like that it has both OxygenOS and HalogenOS for display of the app icons and the functionality of the phone. You can make it work like a traditional Samsung (home, back, other buttons) or you can make it work like an iPhone (gestures and swiping). Its camera is decent, but if you’re looking for a phone AND camera, there are much better options. Here are the reasons I chose it: - Works with Mint Mobile* - Cheap (getting away from paying $1000+) - I have much more customizability over how many apps I can put per page (this is an Android thing to my knowledge) - AUX PORT (very good, high quality aux port that makes a firm connection with my apple earbuds) - Still has Android Auto, so you can connect to newer tech in the car (it’ll pop up asking if you want to enable it, I think the option you want to choose is multimedia) - The power and volume buttons on this thing are really well made and give a satisfying click - USB-C charger - Music player (I use Youtube Music) - I am a simple person who wants an mp3 player and a cell phone in one device *Note: according to Mint Mobile, this phone will work with them, but I have not actually purchased and tried the plan myself. ... show more

I like that it has under display fingerprint sensor, 5g capable and a long lasting battery. Performance also is great and it has a decent camera to capture photos. Great value for you money. And the screen is awesome with an amoled type diaplay. Hope software will be supported longer with an update on OS. ... show more

I set this phone up and was enjoying using it for a few hours. I really liked it. Then 1) it wouldn't turn off, soft and hard reset didn't work, 2) latent tmobile software downloaded and installed unwanted apps (couldn't be turned off and I'm not even with tmobile), 3) after this I lost my 5G speed permanently, even after factory reset (it was great at first). When the Huawei P30 Pro came out, I spent $750 on it - a year AFTER it was released. The phone and camera was one of the very best/considered a flagship phone. I refused to get a new phone for over three years, as a result - I was stuck with Android 10. It started lagging and emojis weren't showing, from other Android users - who had Android 12. This N20 phone was only $182, a year after it was released. My dad actually gave this Oneplus Nord N20 5G phone to my hubby and I noticed the camera quality (64MP) immediately. The only negative side to this phone is, if you crack or break the screen - you'll be paying $189-$200 - to get it replaced. It'll cost just as much as getting another N20! These are the pros: An AMOLED screen Uses a dual operating system: Android 11, OxygenOS 11 Has a Qualcomm SM6375 Snapdragon 695 chip Has an aux jack, as opposed to only using wireless buds. Has a fingerprint sensor and accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer. Takes a nano SIM card. Has a 4500mAh battery (li-pro) Uses a type C charger and fast charges in an hour and thirty minutes. Cons: AMOLED is costly to replace/repair. Muy feliz con mi hace 2 meses que lo compré en Amazon , es la primera vez desde hace 8 años que utilizo Un cell android , tengo un Apple 11 desde hace 4 años , es muy buen teléfono, pero no es 5G, por esa razón compré este cell One plus como segundo teléfono y créame no me arrepiento es muy buen teléfono y no he tenido ningún problema con el, el sonido es muy bueno y en ciertas cosas se parece un poco a mi IPhone 11. Mi compañía de telefonía es T-Mobile y no tuve ningún problema al conectarme. Espero esto les ayude en algo. Ah! Se me olvidaba el vendedor fue puntual en la entrega. ... show more

Awesome phone. Easy to use. Nice pics & videos. Battery well over a day, touching on 2 days. Perfect size for me, lightweight, yet well made & sturdy. I bought a renewed unit in "excellent condition", and I would say it is "like new". Could not be happier with this purchase. UPDATE: This phone now operates on Android 12, but I just found out there will not be an update to Android 13. Very disappointed. Security updates to about April 2025, but that's it. UPDATE: Amoled screen is supposed to be better for seeing the screen in sunlight. But it doesn't help at all. No better than any other screen. Other Amoled screen on Samsung phones are much better. UPDATE: If you return the phone and want the refund back to your Amazon gift account, be prepared to wait about 2 or 3 weeks for the refund to process to your account. Very frustrating. ... show more
