  • This Is A T Mobile 5G Only Device
Color: Midnight Size: 128GB
It is very important to note that if you are looking for a 5G device, this Nord N10 only provides 5G on T Mobile's network. It lacks the necessary frequency bands for 5G on ATT or Verizon; this is by design, since they are competitors, and want desperately to lock you onto their respective networks. However, it will provide 4G LTE on all three networks, so if 5G is not that important to you and you are just looking to get a low cost, up-spec phone, then the Nord N10 will fill the bill nicely. To use this on any network other than T Mobile, you will need to have you Nord N10 unlocked from T Mobile's network. If the phone is shipped to you locked, then you will have to either return it, or activate it on T Mobile and then satisfy their device unlock criteria: Unlock Eligibility for Mobile Devices on Postpaid Plans The device must have been active on the T‑Mobile network for at least 40 days on the requesting line. If the device was financed or leased through T‑Mobile then all payments must be satisfied and the device must be paid in full. If the device is associated with a canceled account, then the account balance must be zero. T‑Mobile may request proof of purchase or additional information in its discretion and certain other exceptions may apply. Unlock Eligibility for Mobile Devices on Prepaid Plans At least 365 days must have passed since the device was activated on the T Mobile network. If the device was activated less than 365 days ago, then the Prepaid account associated with the device must have had more than $100 in refills during that period for each line active on the account. In addition, more than 14 days must have passed since the device was purchased. No more than 2 mobile device unlocks have been complete per line of service in the last 12 months. T‑Mobile may request proof of purchase or additional information in its discretion and certain other exceptions may apply. ... show more

  • I literally could not be happier with my purchase, perfect !
Color: Midnight Size: 128GB
The nord N10 5G is an amazing budget phone ! It takes beautiful pictures ! It was very easy to set up for my old phone ! It was completely unlocked and the fact that it was a refurbished phone it was completely brand new ! The only thing that it didn't come in with a brand new box . As for the phone...there was not a scratch, not a ding, not even a smudge on the screen ! Perfect brand new condition ! The charger that it came with was not the original charger which was completely fine by me. It was a brand new Samsung fast charging brick and cable that charged my phone super fast . In one of the reviews that I read it stated that even though it is an unlocked phone it is connected to the T-Mobile network and unless the phone had been used for a certain amount of months with a T-Mobile network and contract you would not be able to get it to work with another carrier. So I have Metro PCS and when I first moved my SIM card and SD card over to my new phone it was showing that I had no service and that the service provider was T-Mobile . I simply called T-Mobile in the morning and explain to them the issue I was having and in 5 minutes they were able to get it working on their Network and were able to restore everything from my old phone. So that is untrue . I really could not be happier with my purchase and the fact that I went with a refurbished and Amazon returned phone . You will not be disappointed ! ... show more

  • "Renewed by Amazon" no longer has any meaning...
Color: Midnight Ice Size: 128GB
Historically, I have always felt comfortable ordering an item that is certified "Amazon Renewed." Laptops, servers, etc... Never a single issue until I ordered this phone and it became abundantly clear that not a single "professional" ever glances at these items and it is even less likely they are inspected. The original owner of this phone traded/sold it to Amazon (through some process) and Amazon then turned around and shipped it directly to me without even removing the Scotch tape that was holding the box closed. When I first opened the Amazon box, I was really relieved. The phone was shipped inside the original OnePlus box and even included the original charger and signature red USB cable. The phone appeared almost brand new, until I went to remove the SIM card tray. As you can see in the attached picture, there is absolutely no way an inspection (professional or otherwise) could have missed that damage. It looked and felt like someone had been chewing on the SIM tray after the chewing, they may have hit it with a hammer. They did enough damage that the SIM tray release mechanism (that you usually trip with the SIM removal tool) was completely gone. The tray was wedged in so hard, I was concerned for a moment that they may have glued it. At this point I called Amazon. I informed them that this phone is damaged and possibly unusable. Moments before ordering this phone, I stopped at Best Buy and bought an awful Moto phone to hold me over, with the idea that I could return it as soon as my Amazon phone arrived. Since the blatant errors are 100% on Amazon, I had assumed they could get a replacement phone out to me pretty quickly (I even told them I didn't care if it was even the same model as long as it worked). I was wrong. The woman told me that the world's largest store was unable to get me a replacement phone in under 7 days. I was kind of shocked. I then told her that because of their neglegence, I was going to lose $100+ dollars (the return window for the phone would be firmly closed), to which she told me how sorry she was and asked if there was anything else she could help me with. As soon as the call was completed, I finally got the SIM tray out, it was a lot tougher than that little bit of plastic would lead you to believe. When the tray came loose, out flew the previous owner's SIM card as even more proof this phone was never even given a cursory glance. To make matters even worse, I woke up the next day to Best Buy having this exact same unlocked phone (but brand new) selling for $20 less than the "Amazon Renewed" version. I would suggest you consider skipping the renewed by Amazon devices and possibly look for a mom & pop reseller on here instead. The odds are good they could spare a few minutes to examine the phone before sending it out. Lastly, OnePlus makes great phones (which do work fine on Verizon), please don't let my long winded review turn you off. ... show more

  • Decent phone, t-mobile variant firmware sucks
Color: Midnight Ice Size: 128GB
I bought this with the intention of installing ubports on it, but I got a t-mobile version, which is carrier unlocked, it uses a minor firmware variant that blocks the installation procedure. I ended up installing an unofficial Lineage build instead, which works fine, but I have several Lineage devices and I wanted to a more linuxy device and to play around with Halium. Bit disappointed. In case anyone else is considering doing the same on an N10 (billie) be aware the T-Mobile (BE88CB) and a Metro (BE88CF) version of the firmware is later than the OxygenOS 10.5.7 that UBPorts needs to install over, BUT there is no MSM tool to roll these back to the earlier firmware version. I tried dirty flashing UBports over stock and it soft-bricked after the bootloader. had to EDL flash to get it working again. Spent weeks trying to hack a MSM tool to get it to flash Global (BE86AA) 10.5.7. Got it 90% working but it wasn't enough to get ubports to take. I couldn't find a single other person who was able to make it work either. Moral of the story is if you get a Tmobile / Metro version of this phone, send it back and don't waste your time like I did, lol I tried forcing the install and it soft-bricked after the bootloader. ... show more

  • Very good phone with 1 small issue :3
Color: Midnight Size: 128GB
The phone was in fantastic condition! Everything is functioning the we should including the fingerprint which was very impressive. The battery life does drain a bit fast, but it charges fast as well. A minor issue for me is the screen sensitivity...it's a little janky and won't pick up when I'm swiping but other than that the phone is a solid 8/10! ... show more

  • OnePlus is gaining market share; Let's see if they drop off like sony & lg...?
Color: Midnight Size: 128GB
When anyone buys a phone, (like a vehicle) people typically want all the bells & whistles. I can tell you OnePlus is paying attention to the market and their customers. (Should be the customers more, they make up the market) Let's start with looks, the OnePlus Nord N10 5G is designed with beauty in mind but what's more important is the "size" lol (Get your head out of the gutter) and what's under the hood and most of all prices. The negative first - MinusOne, No wireless charging! A small part of the bezel has a ruff edge, so the renewal process wasn't perfect. Now on to the "OnePlus" side of things, I paid less than $150 dollars for a renewed phone with specs that are unrivaled. Snapdragon 690 CPU & Adreno 619L GPU, Memory 6GB of LPDDR4x, Drive Space 128GB, with 512GB Expansion card capability. 90Hz Screen refresh rate... and the list of goodies goes on. Tell you what, out of the many phones I compared this to I narrowed it down to 2 other competitors which are the OnePlus Nord N200 5G & Motorola Moto G62 5G. I picked the Nord N10 5G and I'm glad I did. It was 134.99 but it gets better! It's now 105.00 7/29/22 Can I get a partial refund lol ... show more

  • Fantastic Phone for the Price!
Color: Midnight Size: 128GB
I'm not a gamer and I don't use my phone as a substitute for a tablet or PC. However, I do value speed and reliability in my phone. This device fits the bill perfectly. For the money, I'm not sure that this can be beat. Plenty of RAM for any non-gaming app out there, very responsive touchscreen, bright, great speakers and mic. I usually root my phones and also use 3rd party home apps, but with this phone I haven't seen a need for either. I'm a Metro customer and the SIM swap from my old phone worked without issue from the Metro app with no charges to my account. I also appreciate the fact that OnePlus did not include a ridiculous amount of bloat. Overall great value and I couldn't be happier! Oh, I purchased 2 and they both came without a single scratch anywhere. The one downside is that you will have to purchase a Warp charger. I have 2 for home and 2 for the car. Both are 3rd party warp chargers from Amazon and they have no problem hitting the 30w charge rate. They were significantly cheaper than OEM. Killer! ... show more

  • Don't be afraid to buy a renewed device
Color: Midnight Size: 128GB
This is the third cellphone I bought that was Amazon renewed. Each one of them that I bought with inclusion of this one was in mint condition when I got it. They also come with a 90 day warranty. I love the One Plus Nord N10 5G it works and looks flawless. The only thing on this one is the battery degradation is obvious....I'd say the battery capacity is only 75% of what is was when it was new. I can last a full day if I moderately use my phone...If I go heavy on it I have to charge it by 5-6 pm after only being off the charger 10 hours ..Even though it's not getting Android 12 or even 13 I plan to unlock the bootloader and flash it to the device...as it certainly can handle the newer OS ... show more
