Excellent condition, you would not know this was a "previously owned" phone. No scratches chips or dings and the packaging was flawless for keeping it that way. Powered right up and no issues with set up. Simply had to pop down to my local t-mobile store to have them transfer over my files and sim card and we were off to the races. The 9 Pro itself is solid. I had to replace my LG Velvet as LG stopped pushing updates for their phones, and the difference in battery life is immediate. A single charge takes less than 40 minutes and lasts more than 8 hours messaging over text, Discord and listening to streaming music. Connectivity to 5G is also improved which is important as I live quite rural and rely on the hotspot to connect other devices. The camera too is impressive, crystal clear and the default editing options available are intuitive and easy to tweak without blowing out the picture one way or the other. I had the option to grab the new Oneplus 11, but I decided against spending the extra $400 and I'm happy with that choice. Fingers crossed this lasts me a good few years, and I will be happy to get another phone from this seller when it comes time to upgrade again. ... show more

OxygenOS 12, which is included with this phone, is awful as of the time of writing. Fingerprint unlock is extremely buggy and causes issues with the screen brightness, and there are numerous other glitches and unpolished parts of the OS. Aside from that, though, the phone is amazing! The battery life on the one I got isn't the greatest, but it will still last me all day with moderate use. I saw some other reviews here mention shipment issues and receiving the wrong model, but I got the model I ordered (256GB) with no shipment issues whatsoever. Definitely can suggest buying this phone as long as the price is below $500. ... show more

Just received this phone (excellent quality, phone itself physically is not a problem), and upon using the phone, I see there is Enterprise Security features still on this phone and has "Sennco DPC" software installed. So, many of the deeper functions on the phone cannot be accessed without the IT password, and whomever is running that IT apparently has access to anything I put into/onto the phone and it can be remotely bricked or wiped at any time if they feel it is stolen. I believe this seller is selling stolen goods and I have reported them to Amazon and can only pray they have not stolen my digital life. Be extremely cautious about buying from Bayside Trading, and if you buy a phone from them immediately see if there are any funny programs left on this "- This pre-owned product has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon qualified vendors." Verified Amazon purchase. Oh, and after you raise the issue, Amazon will not do anything except send an email to the vendor, even though it's a "verified" Amazon purchase through amazon, not the Bayside Trading. ... show more

This came in a regular card board box with no padding. You get a charger with it. Phone came at 1% charged. It works great, however it doesn't have dual sim capabilities even thou the description said it does. That's a bummer for me as I was looking forward to be able to use both my Sims in it. Now i have to be alternating between Sims each week. It does get hot sometimes, but that could be because I'm on it slot. It holds a good charge too and charges super fast. Overall it's a great phone, just bummed it's not dual sim. U can use one Sim and a memory card with it though. ... show more

This is a review of the phone that I received and not a reflection on the Oneplus brand or 9 pro itself. For reference I have been a fan of Oneplus for quite a while, I really like their products and was very exited to upgrade to the 9 pro. I ordered a phone in "good condition" and I received a phone in poor condition. I was pleased to see upon arrival that the screen and body was in perfect condition and it wasn't until I powered on the device did I see the problem. The screen had severe pixel burn and I could make out the home screen of the device and the home screen of tiktok in the burnt pixels. I still plan on purchasing another 9 pro but I might have to buy from an alternative seller. ... show more

I ordered the OnePlus 9 pro for $330 in acceptable condition what I got was a OnePlus 9 pro in EXCELLENT CONDITION delivery was very fast it doesn't come with original charger or case which is fine for the price I received a beast of a phone the only complaint is battery life I'm lucky to get a full day of charge and I work most days and am not on the phone much and after an 8 hour day my phone is at 20% but I would definitely buy again like I said I got a beast of a phone at a steal ... show more

I have been a OnePlus fan since the OnePlus one. I then bought the OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 8t. This has been by far the most disappointing phone. I feel as if the actual phone is fine and the hardware is exceptional but the software bugs are completely ridiculous and I can tell that they're not going to be fixed. I have had multiple software updates and still suffering from the same issues from the day I bought the phone. OnePlus should be ashamed of themselves for their subpar software. One example of OnePlus and their incompetence is the fact that the OnePlus store app is the most buggy piece of garbage I have ever used on the OnePlus phone itself. How can you have a OnePlus app on a OnePlus device and it doesn't even work. Additionally the phone overheats, there's camera problems, my keyboard always disappears, all my apps disappeared from home screen for no reason, my service is horrible, voice over LTE cuts out all the time, random glitches and frustrating nonsense. OnePlus has lost a customer for life with this phone. I will never buy a OnePlus product again. What a fall from grace. ... show more
