Its almost a new phone!! not a single scratch, just opened though, might update this review after 2 weeks of use... I am already a oneplus fan and upgraded from oneplus 6t! given the RAM is 12 gb (as opposed to 8 gb in 6t) the phone already seems quite fast and bright!! the touch is fluid... ok well lets not get into all the phone details, there are tons of reviews available for 8t on youtube... Regarding this seller and product, it arrived way earlier than scheduled date, so 10 stars for shipping, came packed real good.. The only thing you dont get is the original box and accessories, for me its not a problem since i already had original charges and who cares for box after few days... This phone is fantastic. I was ready for faulty this-or-that since I got it refurbished but it appears absolutely brand new. I thought the battery would be better but it's absolutely fine. I'm in my 50s so I don't use my phone constantly, like a 20-something or teenager. It lasts for two days most of the time, which includes listening to my book for an hour per day while on a walk. Otherwise I look stuff up on Google, check emails and texts and keep my shopping lists there. I also bluetooth headphones and my car radio for Spotify. It's quick, takes amazing pictures, has a beautiful, crystal clear display and lots and lots of storage. I would highly recommend buying last year's model refurbished and pay half price while those who have to have the latest and greatest can pay top dollar. I feel like I win in the end. ... show more

I honestly was expecting some flaws for this price but it looks new even came wrapped like new... I drooled a little because it didn't have a single mark on it at all. Does not come with the 65w warp charger you can pick that up for about $13 notice in the pictures they give you a crap samsung charger that could take hours to charge. ... show more

First of all I don't know why it's asking me to review face recognition, as far as I can tell it doesn't have that feature. It's a very good phone for the price and has a lot of features some of the more expensive phones don't even have most notably the 65W fast charging. The 120 hz display is great and I very much enjoy the look of the phone. The camera works well and takes amazing pictures. The only complaint I have is the battery management could be better although that's to be expected with the display and age of the phone and isn't a huge issue given the fast charging. Also one noted thing is a 65W charger is not included with the phone and they can run upwards of $20 on Amazon. Or $30 on the OnePlus website. ... show more
