Read The Listing People! let me make it clear now that the phone does not come with a screen protector, case, ORIGINAL charger block, or ORIGINAL charging cable. you are given whatever usb c charger they have at the time it depends on what they currently have in their inventory. I recieved the One Plus 8T 5G model KB2007 and have been given a really good experience so far. The phone is renewed so the phone will have minor scratches and dents. if you recieve a product you are not satisfied with you can always return it. the renewed product is under a 90 day warranty meaning you have all 90 days to tinker around and see if the phone is what you want. with 12gb of ram and 256gb of storage under 350 this phone is one of the best in the market. when i receieved my phone the battery was horrible i could not use it for more than 4 hours without it draining down to zero. since i recieved the tmobile variant the only carriers allowed were for tmobile and metro. i agree with others that the battery drain is bad but after about 20 days of use the phone started to fix itself and now i can use it for 8 hours. the amazon listing promises 80 percent battery capacity but not less. using accubattery i found out the phone only has 44% battery capacity! so most people think that is its capacity but it is actually not. most applications do not read the phones dual cell battery which means you are only given half that means that my phone arrived with 88% battery capacity which is what is expected as amazon promises 80% or more. the phone has a very good camera reaching up to 4k 60 frames per second with slow motion and night photography. i did not recieve anything else in the package other than the phone, a charger, sim card ejector, and the amazon renewed booklet. the phones 5g works fine and there are no other complaints. the phones processor though good does heat up a lot and gets uncomfortable to the touch in long usage i read online that the heat issue is quite normal though annoying but should not have an effect on the phone. the screen is large and beautiful with 120hz. i reccomend changing it to 60hz in the settings to further lengthen your battery life. TLDR(Too long didnt read) The phone is really good for under $350, the battery is hot to the touch and you should use it for two weeks before you decide to return it. there is no original charger and the phone model depends on what inventory the seller has. not all the phones are perfect and you are covered under amazon warranty for 90 days. ... show more

    • Good phone but it should support 2 sim cards, yet it is not
The phone I used to use was also oneplus 8T. Although the new device is unlocked, duo-sim card was either not supported or one of the slot is not functioning. Asides from that, the phone I received was well-refurbished and has no problems.

I've had dozens of phones. Everything from Google Pixels, Iphones 7-12, several samsungs, ZTE, Xiaomi..etc ad nauseum. For 250 bucks i have a phone that outperformed ALL of my Iphones, all Samsung's and Googles. Xiaomi is only phone I've found with better specs...but 5 times the cost. Moral of story... spend 250 get 1200 dollar phone better than what Apple can do 👍 ... show more

    • Got exactly what was advertised.
Everything that was said about this product was pretty clearly stated on the store page for it. I received the exact device I expected to get, which was an aquamarine OnePlus 8T+ (the + meaning the 5G model). 5G worked out of the box as soon as I dropped in my SIM on Google Fi, and I had absolutely no issues with setup. Felt like a new phone. I've seen reviews posted recently from people who have been getting brand new phones (in original box and everything). While I did not get a brand new phone, the one I got works like new, and had very minor visual issues. The main issue with mine was that the camera bump was very grimey upon arrival, but a microfibre cloth and some rubbing alcohol cleaned it up no problem. The phone is fast, and battery life is in line with brand new devices. While it didn't come with a Warp charger, Warp chargers on Amazon are only around $25 US or so, and are very worth it. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase here. I'm coming off of a 5 year old LG V30, so the difference here is night and day. ... show more

    • Looks Brand New But Battery Health is Abysmal: Buyer Beware
I had my doubts on buying a renewed phone on Amazon. The negative comments were concerning me and unfortunately I should have listened to them. This phone is beautiful. It's definitely an upgrade to my previous phone (Samsung Galaxy S9+). However, there's one major problem with this phone and that's the battery health. I have an app that tests the battery health and with my Samsung Galaxy S9+ it's resting at 80 percent at the time of writing this review. That's not bad but it's not great. I just purchased this phone less than a week ago and the battery health is at 45 percent! I had my S9+ for over a year. It's an older phone than the Oneplus 8+ and I use it all the time. It still works fine but I wanted to get another phone. I am shocked. This battery is basically trash. I feel like I got scammed. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning this phone. I have no idea how long this battery is going to last. I shouldn't have to worry about this within a month of purchasing a phone. Yes... it looks brand new but appearances are definitely deceiving. Be careful and test your batteries! The battery may state that it's at 100 percent on your phone but the actual health of the battery is completely different. I used two battery health apps just to make sure the amounts were the same and they were. Ridiculous! This goes against the terms of Amazon Renewed. Shame on Digital Age USA. ... show more

    • One off situation: The phone was new
The phone was brand new. I am not sure if they just opened the 8T box and then closed it again or what, but it was a new phone. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Saved myself 500 bucks. For the 8T itself, I am really happy with the performance. I bought this phone for my wife since she needed a new phone the most. Inside the box was the 65 watt brick along with the red 65 watt cable. We use Mint for our service and we just put the SIM in and it worked. Mint is on the T-Mobile network. We also got 5G for the first time ever too. Long story short, after seeing the phone and the condition it was in, I ordered another one for myself along with screen protectors and cases for both. Thanks seller! Hopefully the one for me comes in the same condition. :) ... show more
