    • Very good computer!

Purchased for my college student. He has ZERO complaints. Great value, stays charged for a long time, easy setup, fast streaming and connectivity

    • Good value, needs a case.
Color: Black Size: 16/256GB
Ordered as a replacement for an old OnePlus 5T. This refurbished unit was in like-new shape; the screen is bright and vibrant, the case is free of scratches or blemishes. The user interface was snappy and responsive. It took my T-Mobile SIM card and joined the 5G network without any issues. Good value for the price. Seems to have good battery life, a benefit of the slightly larger cell. Of course I immediately unlocked the bootloader and converted it to a custom ROM. This device now runs an official LineageOS image, and does it quite well. I'm enjoying the improved camera, larger storage and faster processor. I can get up to 2 days out of the battery with modest usage. The screen-based fingerprint sensor is a little slower than the ceramic sensor on the OP5T, but I got used to it quickly. It's a worthy upgrade over the OP5T. Of course it has its quirks. Nevertheless, I can see being happy on this platform for several more years to come. My only concern is being able to replace the USB port or battery, when they will inevitably need it. This phone NEEDS a case. The profile is slim, and the raised boss for the camera module sticks out like a big nose. The texture of the back case is a little too slippy in my hands. Even a $10 TPU shell helps, and will.protect the rounded screen edge. I went with the Spigen one, and am really happy with it. ... show more

    • Check before loading
Color: Black Size: 16/256GB
Buyer beware Pt. 1 & 2. 1) The first phone was slow in arriving, third party I guess, though Amazon backs it. No overnight. It worked fine out of the box. Took an hour to set up and transfer files. Low battery, so I put it on the charger and the phone got very hot and would not turn back on though it showed the keypad for just long enough to enter my code and then it shut down and recycled, over and over. Called Amazon, explained the issue and asked for a replacement, overnight. They said no. Part of the refund process also requires sending back the phone which sounds fair but for the fact that it now had my personal information and accounts loaded into memory. I could not get the phone powered up long enough to wipe the data and was supposed to trust Amazon to wipe the data. So basically I took a YouTube swim and was able to wipe the data. Then I plugged the phone back in to see if it would charge without frying and it did charge back up. But there were no SIMs or data in the phone. If you can put up with all of this, the phone does have a reasonable price point verses a new One Plus. But you might want to throw it on a charger before you load it up and determine how long you can go without a phone if you have an issue. Star rating includes Amazon's inability to replace this item quickly. PT. 2) Replacement phone came. I charged it fully before loading data. Same issue. A bootloop occurs when the battery goes below 20%. Apparently this is a known refurbishing issue. One phone might sneak through QC, but two should not. Internet troll suggests the vendor is either using inferior batteries, poor motherboards or loading the software improperly. Whatever the issue is, they should be capable of finding this stuff before they ship a phone. Again, Amazon is not capable of dealing with this quickly. But in both cases I was able to keep the phone until a replacement arrived to transfer data and then wipe the phone. ... show more

    • Doesn't come with OxygenOS, but other than that an amazing value.
Color: Eternal Green Size: 16/256GB
At $200+ off a brand new 1+ 11, this listing was perfect for my needs. However, because of the referbished nature of the product (I knew this going in) it does not come in the original box or with any of the useless warranty junk. The seller also includes a brand new SuperVOOC charger and cable. Though, with my unit I was given the Chinese 100w variant, but if you are in North America you will be able to use it as the powerpoints are compatible. What I did not expect, is that this is not running OxygenOS 13 like the brand-new 1+ 11 ships with. This is running crDroid, a lightweight stripped down distro of Android based of LineageOS. I was confused by this when I saw the "Mode Orange" warning when I booted the phone for the first time. The good news is, that this distro of Android is perfectly fine for usage and if you really want OOS, OnePlus has the system files available on their website, you will just have to install it yourself. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. 10/10. ... show more

I bought this phone renewed through Prime Cellutions. It was listed as being in acceptable condition but there are no visible scratches or scuffs anywhere that I can see. Battery health is at 97% and the phone is working perfectly. As for the OnePlus 11, this is a fantastic phone. It's fast and buttery smooth and looks and feels premium. I highly recommend it and Prime Cellutions! ... show more

I've never bought a second hand used phone and when this arrived it looked and performed like new, it still does! I'm happy I switched from Apple to OnePlus, thank you! ☺️ I love the camera and battery life, it has Oxygen 15 and the screen is nice! I came from an iPhone se (2nd gen).
