Phone said it was the worst of the used conditions, but there isn't a scuff on the screen or on the back. There is a tiny blemish on the bottom by the mic, other than that the condition is awesome! The phone performs really well but, even with all the setting on almost power saving mode, the battery dies quicker than my old pixel 9a. This phone is really nice though. The phone was delivered early and is great and completely functional. My only complaint is that the listing says they will include any cords or chargers that would've been in the box originally. While they did include a basic USB a to USB c cord, there was no charging block. Also, this phone originally came with an 80 watt charging block as well as a thicker USB cord to facilitate the fast charging feature for this device. Now I will have to purchase the proper charging implements at additional cost. Disappointing. ... show more

This is the second refurbished phone I've bought from Amazon and am highly satisfied. You can trust you're getting what you pay for. The phone is just as fast and battery lasts like a new phone which this pretty much is. I have not had overheating issues or other problems like one might think of having when getting used phones.
