The brackets themselves are great. I have a showpiece board that I put on these. They are low profile so the art on the board isn’t obscured, and they are padded which protects it. I have no complaints there. The included mounting hardware is the stuff product liability lawsuits are made of, I’ve included pics. The package of hollow wall anchors has wood screws. They are not threaded all the way up because they are supposed to screw into wood, not anchors. As a result, barely any threading will actually hold the screw to the anchor. Also, the head of the screw is tiny and barely covers the hole on the bracket, but it is supposed to carry the entire load(?). I honestly believe a slight jostle would cause the whole thing to rip out of the wall. I worked around this by drilling out the mounting holes and using a couple (much larger) Toggler AG-8 wall mounts I had laying around on one side, and mounting directly into the stud on the other side using the same Toggler screws sans anchor. See the attached pics and notice the differences in threading and head size between the included hardware and what I used. I will probably buy these brackets again for additional boards, but I will never use included hardware. Hopefully this saves someone from hearing a crash and finding their board board on the ground with a giant ding and a couple holes left in their wall. ... show more

Works great. Lightweight but vert strong. Padded to protect boards. If in potentially windy area like an open garage, I added a safety strap or tie. Did this with all board racks so no big deal.
