Description

The Cressi Castoro Plus is a One-piece wetsuit made in 7 mm soft Neoprene ideal for Snorkeling, Scuba Diving in cold water (between 35º-45º F). It features pre-shaped legs for ensuring comfort and easy movements while swimming. The wrists and ankles are made with the Aquastop system (seals in smooth 1.5 mm Neoprene, covered in Metallite). The Zip is made in quality YKK. Anti-wear inserts in Power Tex on knees, shins and shoulders. The Castoro is designed in Italy by Cressi and made in Asia. Cressi has been an Italian company pioneer in scuba diving, snorkeling, and swimming equipment since 1946. The product is covered by a 2-year limited warranty.

Only used it once so far but it kept me warm in very cold flowing water. Took it on a canyoneering trip doing class c canyons. The rushing water from the waterfalls beating on me didn’t get me cold like it does sometimes with my 2/3 or 3/4 wetsuit. I really like that it seems to gave a little seal on the have and foot holes. Love this wetsuit. It fits perfectly and at 5mm it keeps me warm. The seals on it really work great and hold the water in and control flushing perfectly. I've taken it on 10+ plus dives with surface temps in the 80s and 48 degree temps at depth, kept me warm when paired with 7mm boots and 5mm gloves and hood. Very stylish and high tech designed, nice abrasion protection on the knees and shoulders. It's a great suit for the money, and it's built by a company that's been in the diving business for a long, long time. Was tight at first, but once you get in the water its molds just right. After several dives it broke in quite nice. The suit will definitely keep you warm, a bit too warm for my liking. I will definitely use this suit in colder waters. Everyone is different so dont go by my body temperature. It fits comfortable and feels very durable. I have been in search for a wet suit that actually keeps me warm and I finally found it! I have both the Cressi 5mm and 7mm wet suits. These suits are amazing and after swimming in my pool in the winter in my 7mm, my legs and stomach are warm. If unzip my suit while still outside, my body is steaming underneath! I am able to swim for over an hour in the winter. Even in the rain.,I have purchased the Cressi rashgaurd, 5mm gloves, sock booties and heavy duty booties as well. I wear all of it and I stay warm. It’s been years of searching and I am so grateful for these suits! I am able to do my water aerobics along with tread water just fine. I can move easily in the 5mm, and can do so even in the 7mm! I'm a 5-1 male so I could not order men sizes so I went with the smallest one they had in this the size I got the one that said it was for someone 5 3 so I went with it doesn't fit perfect of course because I'm 5 1 and I'm not built like a lady but it's super warm it seems to do the job it's made of quality material if you're a lady looking for wetsuit or a really small dude looking for wetsuit I definitely recommend this one ... show more

SO satisfied! Fits me perfectly, an AMAZING price, especially for a 5mm. I am 5'3", 100lbs and get cold very easily. I like how the wrists and ankles don't let water flow in and out. I had a little bit of a problem with water moving through the neck at first. However, this is adjustable. I recommend making it feel a little too snug out of water. That way when it expands in the water, there isn't too much water movement. The only thing I would have done differently is get a thicker suit, like a 7mm. I get cold easily and this suit didn't help enough in 72 degree water. If diving in that temperature, I strongly recommend getting a hood! ... show more
