I’ve tried a lot of different running shoes over the years. This is my second pair of ON shoes. I truly believe that these are the best. I would highly recommend them. Now I don’t run long distances. 2-2.5 miles 6 days a week. But, they held up very nice. I was 300 lbs when I got my first pair. Im on my second now, and I am down to 232. At my largest in other shoes I could really feel it on my knees. With these it helped out a lot. Not saying it got rid on the knee pains but it helped for sure. Now at 232 no more knee pains at all. I do believe these played a huge part. As long as they keep making them, they will be the only shoe I wear for running. Past shoes I’ve tried Nike, addidas, asics, under armor, and brooks witch weee also a good second, hope this helps. Thanks ON you have a life time customer. ... show more

I thought this would add comfort to the heel. Instead they support all around the heel I suffered from a lot of ankle and foot problems. I lobe these shoes. They run little narrow.
